⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brayan was fantastic and made our day in Ensenada easy and enjoyable. We spent about 7 hours together, he picked us up from our hotel door step and he took us to Las Cañadas for zip-lining, Pai Pai Zoo, and La Bufadora without ever feeling rushed. He was attentive, friendly, and professional the entire time, gave us great tips on navigating vendors, and helped keep everything stress-free. Brayan also spoke both English and Spanish, which was a huge help for our group. He shared excellent food recommendations and ideas for future visits, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend Brayan to anyone visiting Ensenada—we will definitely book with him again when we come back!

Never book at this site. It’s like a scam. Honestly, I would really look for other sites to book your vacation. Called Viator customer services on June 23,2022 to confirm the vacation before booking. Their available spot was 10am. Made mention that we would book it if they can accommodate us for a 9am departure. The tour and activities was good for 6hrs. So if we leave at 10 am that means plus 6 hrs will make it 4pm and boat leaves at 5pm. So that’s the whole reason to go earlier. We booked the Las Cañadas zipline, Pai pai ecotour zoo and La Bufarada experience for $560. The lady on the customer service confirmed that they can provide service/ bus for 9 people at 9am. June 24 at 850am we went out of the cruise ship looking for the Ensenada Travel and Tours that would take us to 3 locations which is allotted for 6 hrs the whole trip. Customer service, Harold, was also clueless where is the pick up for the passengers. He wanted us to call the person who will be touring us then I insisted if he can connect us to him. The point person was Ryan, he said he was running late due to traffic. So basically, customers have to go out of the port and wait in a white building outside the port. He was there at 910am. One red flag is that this guy doesn’t wear any ID. So this was kinda sketchy. He showed his phone with our confirmation and said this is more than an ID. It’s still not acceptable to have no identification. Then I asked if we are ready to go. He keeps saying that the vehicle is delayed due to traffic. So 30 mins later, 2 Rav 4 toyota showed up. I said I thought we will be on one bus or bigger minivan. He said oh the bus got rear ended here. I don’t believe it. So we hopped in to the two vehicles at 930am. It seemed to be that this Ensenada Tours and Travel subcontract people to drive you around. Both drivers barely speak English. I was using my translator app to communicate with our driver Carlos. Driving to Las Cañadas took us an hour from the Ensenada port to the camp. We went to Las Cañadas Campamento for the zipline and hanging bridge. Both drivers said it will take 1 hr for the whole zipline experience. That place was fun. After ziplining, I asked our driver where are we going next. He said we are going to the La Bufarada. On the way there, we saw the Pai Pai signage and asked if we will be going there. He said there might be not enough time to do all activities if we go there. That statement made me confused since it was part of the itinerary. Carlos said no need to go to Pai Pai because in La Bufarada there’s also petting animals there. At the La Bufarada at 1230pm. Nice place, and a lot of souvenirs/ shirts on sale similar to the flea market. We were told by our driver to be back by 130pm. Their petting animals is charged per room per animal. Average price was $35/ person per room and there’s 7 rooms. So if you wanted to do it all they charge you $200. This blew me away since the Pai pai was charging $55/ person only tonget the same feature as advertised. So we were in the vehicle at 140pm. Then I asked what’s next. He said we will go back to the boat. Another hour of drive time. Upon driving bacl to the boat, I asked the driver if we will drop by Pai pai. He said its too expensive. That’s is just not a good since we haven’t checked the place and it was never offered to us. But our trip was supposed to be 6 hrs. We got shorted here since we didn’t go to the ecotour zoo. I negotiated if we can just drop by the beach just for an hour since we still have time. Both drivers say it will cost $30 per vehicle extra payment. I asked if they could lower down to $25 since we have been shorted of our time. But they insisted that its and extra $30/ vehicle to total of $60. So my family decided we should just go back to the boat. Here’s my recommendation to all first timers to Ensenada who wanted to venture out the place. NEVER NEVER ever booked with Viator and Ensenada Travel and Tours. Its scary and basically there’s no guarantee of they will comply to the agreed itinerary. Look for other DIRECT booking sites or use the Cruise Ship excursions if you wanted to be safe. This experience looks bad for third party vendors. But it’s the trith and the real deal. People go to vacation to have fun and enjoy. Not to be stressed out during their excursion experiences. Honestly, Fred

Brian really took care of us. Gave us tips on all our excursions, ensure our safety and comfort, told great stories, made extra stops, made sure that the vendors were fair and honest, and was very accommodating. The bus was roomy and comfortable for all 8 of us, and he even indulged us in a party playlist. Highly recommend.
