Køkkenkurset afholdes i en kogeskole med professionelle kokke, hvilket sikrer, at du lærer autentiske opskrifter og den bedste forberedelse. Det er den mest komplette gastronomiske aktivitet, du kan finde i Barcelona. Du vil starte med at besøge La Boquería marked ledsaget af kokken eller hans assistent. Ved din tilbagevenden vil du smage 10 tapas parret med forskellige vine, og kokken vil forklare historien om spansk gastronomi gennem disse tapas. Køkkenkurset består af at forberede en komplet gourmet menu guidet af en professionel kok. Du vil nyde at lære at forberede en komplet traditionel spansk menu: Fisk og skaldyr Paella, spansk omelet, og Crema Catalana. Menuen kan tilpasses til enhver type kost: Vegetarisk, vegansk, glutenfri osv. Drikkevarer er inkluderet under Tapas smagen, under madlavningskursus, og ved frokost eller middag.

Iconic, lively, and touristy place on La Rambla... it dazzles the eyes, we want to taste, savor, and buy everything, but watch out for the wallet! It is very, very, very expensive for Spain!
Still as busy, a mosaic of colors. You can hear all the languages, it is impossible to walk along the promenade without stopping. Never disappointed, even if we have come several times. We make a stop every visit in this beautiful multicultural city, full of youth.
Host Claudia was excellent host & guiding us through our cooking class. Visit to Market was less than expected as description seemed like we would be shopping for the ingredients we would cook with.
This was a special experience while on a trip to Spain with our thirteen year old grandson. Our chef and guide, Claudia, was informative, engaging, and lots of fun. This was truly a hands on tour with a delicious outcome. After a tour of the market with the benefit of an expert’s viewpoint, we returned to a lovely apartment with a chef’s kitchen. Claudia ensured that all five on our tour dove right in and were part of the entire process. In particular, she was sure to include our grandson, who really was the chief chef to make a delicious dessert!
We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience, especially when we toured the market, she provided valuable education on what to look for in terms of fresh foods and the name of the authentic stands and why. Pre-cooking she presented Tapas that were all very delicious which led us into the prepping and cooking. She kept our wine glasses full, she had a great sense of humor which encouraged our group bonding, filled with laughter and lots of pictures. The food (Paella & flan) were spectacular and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great activity during your time in Barcelona. Thank you Claudia for being awesome!!
It’s an amazing experience no matter who you are traveling with! Very interactive great guide! Fun fun experience learning how to cook Spanish dishes ! Lots of good food wine & or your preference in drink !

Oh my goodness, such a great experience. Claudia is AMAZING! Great chef, great knowledge - made everyone feel at home - at the end it felt like I was cooking with friends in someone's apartment! Will definitely try these dishes at home! Thanks Claudia for the great afternoon and delicious food and drink.
After a quick tour of the market, we spent a very pleasant few hours with Claudia, eating tapas, drinking wine, making and enjoying a 3-course feast. Claudia was a great hostess, made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and made sure we had a great time. We loved this class - it was a highlight of our trip - and would absolutely recommend.
So much fun and great food. Really a fun time. Really enjoyed meeting the other family. The food market was wonderful. Will be going back to market.
