Père Lachaise was a very unusual experience for me, and I’m glad I went. Cemeteries in my country are not really places you visit as a tourist, so it was interesting to see how different it can be when a cemetery is also connected with famous names, history, and the city itself. I think without the audio guide I would have felt much more sad just walking around and looking at the graves, because even with headphones on I still caught myself thinking about personal things. But the stories helped balance that feeling and made the visit easier, more focused, and more interesting. I’m not sure I would choose another cemetery tour soon, but this one was definitely worth experiencing.
The app does not geolocate you We are going in circles trying to find it while Google does the job wonderfully. The only interest is the comments on the deceased.
Nous sommes désolés que la navigation vous ait posé problème. L’application dispose bien d’une géolocalisation GPS, mais elle fonctionne uniquement si l’accès à la position est autorisé sur le téléphone. Dans un lieu comme le Père-Lachaise, avec ses allées nombreuses et parfois peu lisibles, cela peut malheureusement compliquer l’orientation. Nous sommes toutefois heureux que les commentaires sur les personnalités du cimetière vous aient intéressé.
It was very difficult for us to find the meeting place. We thought we would deal with a human being who would give us the material for the audio guide until we noticed written very small on the tickets or the email (it doesn't matter) that the audio guide was done via an app. Once the app was downloaded, we could not find a single tomb because the map and the audio guide did not indicate the locations. We wasted a lot of time going in circles to finally manage with Google Maps. So, I am very disappointed with the service and the activity.
Nous sommes navrés que la visite ait commencé comme une enquête policière : “où est le guide, où sont les écouteurs, et pourquoi personne ne nous attend avec un panneau ?” Petite clarification : il s’agit bien d’un audioguide numérique autoguidé, à utiliser dans l’application TouringBee sur votre propre téléphone. Il n’y a donc pas de personne à retrouver sur place ni de matériel à récupérer — même si, on l’admet, un humain avec des écouteurs dans une mallette aurait eu un certain style. Pour le Père-Lachaise, l’application contient une carte et une navigation GPS si la géolocalisation est activée. Mais dans ce cimetière, avec ses allées, ses divisions et ses tombes parfois très discrètes, même Google Maps peut parfois avoir l’air de chercher Balzac en pleine dissertation. I’m not sure whether I could’ve found any other tombs besides Oscar Wilde's tomb , Edith Piaf's and maybe Chopin. Also I didn’t want to take on a guided trip. I explored the cemetery at my own pace, with no rush. And the audioguide told me the stories about people buried there. I liked it
Download before going and have a full charge on your device. Also be aware of lots of stairs to climb. Use the photos of the burial sites provided in the app to find the actual burial.

Before we take a ticket, it is explaining how it works, having headphones, installing touringbee that pays. Correct the address boulevard boulevard because it does not exist! On the phone, the hostess absolutely wanted to sell me tickets I already had, to send me a link that did not work. Anyway, two of us couldn't connect. In the evening, at home I tried again without success. So you ruined our day and I will never repeat this experience!
This application is totally impossible to use. The explanations on the ticket are really unclear and no way to enjoy this experience. Is this a scam?

Aucune arnaque ici : juste un audioguide qui, parfois, aime trop se prendre pour un décor du cimetière. On aurait préféré qu’il reste du côté des vivants — on corrige ça.
Interesting experience, easy because in autonomy. We would have liked to have a visit with some atypical graves.

I loved this audio guide, as it not only talks about the most famous tombs, such as those of Jim Morrison, Oscar Wilde, and Édith Piaf, but also lesser-known corners full of mystery. In addition, the map is very useful: it guides you from one place to another without getting lost, and you can activate the narration at just the right moment.
