As we toured the impressive mosques and other historic buildings, he shared fascinating stories that deepened our understanding of the site, especially the magnificent Mosque of Muhammad Ali. The views over Cairo from the Citadel were absolutely breathtaking, and Abanoub made sure we had plenty of time to appreciate the scenery while giving insightful historical context. He was always engaging and answered all our questions with enthusiasm. Abanoub’s passion for Egypt’s past made the tour feel even more immersive. Superb day spent in Luxor among temples and tombs of breathtaking beauty (Karnak, the Valley of Kings, the temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the Colossi of Memnon). Departure by private minivan from Marsa Alam at 04:00 (tour organized with Marsa Alam Tours) and return at 22.10. Guide at our disposal in Italian, very prepared and professional (name Walid). Great tips for extending the organized tour with other tombs and temples for a fee. Do not be afraid to ask for details of the additional costs. Lunch in a quaint restaurant with Arabic cuisine. Not to be missed

It was the best part of my vacation. Both black and white desert are beautiful - with naturally shaped rocks that put you in wonder. You can collect volcanic rocks and natural crystals, craw in a limestone cave, and climb on stone mountains. Sand boarding, safari ride, taking cool scenic photographs were all great, but I would never forget the experience of overnight camping in the middle of the desert. The whole experience of watching your food cook on grill, and talking while gazing at the scenic landscape and painted sunset is soul healing. At night u can gaze at the stars, and if lucky may catch a desert fox lurking. Also, very grateful to our cook and desert navigator Ahmed - for one of the tastiest dinners and tea I've ever had. Everything was very well organised and Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure we were always comfortable and having the best time. He also helped with some amazing poses and photographs. Our driver Tamer was also very friendly and experienced - making our long car travel easy. 10/10 experience.

The overnight into the black and white deserts was phenomenal. The desert is beautiful. The stars were amazing with no glow on the horizon. The tour guide and drivers made it an easy way to camp. They set up camp and cooked an amazing meal. Just be warned it is rustic so don't expect a washroom.

An extraordinary experience. Ahmed Rezk does a great job explaining how the day is going to flow, what we will see and when we will stop. It was a long trip and so worth it for us. Saw a whole different part of Egypt away from the Nile. There are a lot of logistics and Ahmed Rezk and our drivers did everything to make us happy and comfortable. So many great pictures and memories.

White desert is a must see experience one should have while visiting Egypt. The views are amazing and night sky is to kill for. Nothing can describe the experience of star gazing, the hospitality and friendly atmosphere the Egypt tour portal team helped create for us. Especially Ahmed Rezk has been wonderful in explaining the history and culture of Egypt to us and helping us and accommodating us every step of the way. He even clicked few photos and videos and helped capture some of memorable moments.Our drivers cum cook cum care takers Mohamad and tarik made it an awesome experience .

This trip was PERFECT and the Black and White deserts are absolutely stunning. I already want to go again! Mohammed Salah was our guide (for 5 days of activitites including this desert trip) and we could not recommend him any more highly! He was thoughtful and thorough in planning all the details and timing of our trips; very knowledgable and helpful regarding Egyptian history; always clear about and prompt with timing; very patient and completely calm throughout despite us being quite slow due to picture-taking! Egypt Portal provided a guide to walk us through Immigration and Customs which eliminated any confusion upon arrival. The following morning, Mohammed met us to begin our tours and thanks to his expertise and to all the drivers and helpers along the way, we've had an amazing time in Cairo and the desert! It could not have been better!

That was an incredible experience. I visited Egypt with a friend and we decided to do a night at the desert (our first time). We visited a lot of places around the desert. Our guide tour Ahmed Rezk was really kind and was taking care of us all the time. I hardly recommend this experience. You won't forget It!

We had the most amazing time on a 4 day Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan. It was only part of our 10 days in Egypt. We were lucky enough to have a local guide from Luxor, who was very knowledgeable and was absolutely enthusiastic to share his culture with us. Mahmoud Nour is educated in Egyptology and had an ease for communicating all of his education with us. He was well organized, had great communication skills, made us feel safe and was attentive to everyone's needs. It was unbelievable to be emerged in history, especially when he also used other media to take us back to the time of the ancient pharaohs. Our tours where with 3-8 people but no matter how many people in the group, he made sure we all heard what he was saying at all times. We feel like the world is a little bit smaller and we are leaving Egypt with the desire to return. We are fortunate to have met people here who I consider new friends. Had I known I would have spent more time in Luxor and Aswan with Mahmoud Nour (AMAZING). You really need at least two days in Luxor. I will definitely recommend him to our friends and I recommend him to anyone booking with Egypt Tours Portal. You can request him via email with the company. He really made our trip!
