Arriving at Barcelona Sants train station can be quite chaotic. The directions for meeting your driver given by Viator were not at all clear. However, the driver spoke excellent English and was tenacious on the phone until we finally met. The driver’s competence and hospitality made up for the lack of clear direction. The ride itself was a taxi, but by arranging the ride in advance through Viator, you skipped an extremely long and hot wait at the taxi stand. Quite worth the cost.

Our driver went beyond the call to duty. It was pouring rain and we didn’t know the layout of the train station. He asked us to meet him in front of the train station-we had not idea where that was. He went out in the pouring rain looking for us around the perimeter. He found us! He was such a blessing.

Amad was very patient, very kind with us. Traveling with senior parents and a dog is not easy. He made me feel at peace when he communicated with me with advance time. He texted us 40 minutes prior from the train arriving. He sent us pictures and was interested in finding us and making us feel confortable.

Great driver involvement. It’s a hectic area and our driver called and found us. He told us exactly how to walk to the road he was on and waved to us so we would see him.
