Perfect transfer Nice welcome and in French Nickel driver Be careful respect for the code the road is not always there but it is part of the Dominican Republic.😜 We had taken this transport via expediency.
Could not find the person or company that suppose to pick me up. After 30m I found it and the transportation was not there and they made me wait another 30m for transportation.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we're located at counters 14 and 19 at the Punta Cana airport. It's easy to spot us.
I've used Expedia to book a private transfer from Punta Cana airport to my hotel. It was easy to locate there desk outside. We waited about 20 minutes and our minivan arrived which brought us without any troubles right to the our hotel
Horrible experience with the representative Samuel who wanted us to buy alcohol from him and we refused. He then told us that there was no transfer from our hotel to the airport l, which was a lie as i was later contacted by the driver.
Paid for round trip, pick up was great but there has been no communication as to when we will be picked up for our return we will have to pay another company to pick us up to take us back to the airport
Overall great service! We were delayed going through customs and didn’t immediately see someone from Waybus waiting at the terminal exit. To get to the buses you keep walking to the end of the terminal where the little restaurant is. I had received a text from the driver on WhatsApp but hadn’t seen it. They originally couldn’t find our names in the list, but still drove us to our hotel with no issue. On the way back, I confirmed through Viator messaging what time they would pick us up. The driver was on time and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Very nice drivers and very helpful.
Fast and easy! My name didn’t pop up on their list but I showed our voucher and away we went! I’d use them again.

It took us a minute to find them, but the rest was simply effortless. I liked how they did not try to sell stuff to us on the way and simply took us to the resort.

The ride was fine but it was hard to find where the ride was, they did not have a sign displayed with my name on it like the other transfer operators
Finding the driver (Waybus) was a little difficult at the airport but once we did experience was a breeze. Driver was early to arrive at the hotel on return trip which was appreciated. Would recommend
