This is not the service it states. We booked the transfer from Marrakesh to Essaouira. Instead we got a tour group with 40+ minutes of stops at tourist traps, turning a 3 hour transfer into 6 (booked for the 7am and didn’t arrive until 1pm). There is minimal safety. When the driver had to slam on his brakes the seatbelts didn’t engage and the chairs all moved. There is broken tray tables, seatbelts that don’t extend unless you pull with your entire body weight, and broken windows. Oh and no suspension in the vehicle making every bump ricocheted through your body. Wish we had booked one of the other companies listed online.
We really appreciated the safe driving, learning about Morocco and traditions, and the music selection 👍 so glad to have Ali as driver for 2 experiences (Agafay and Essaouira). It has been a long day but it was really worth the drive and everything was smooth. The stops on the way were perfect in terms of timing and experience.
This is an inexpensive way to travel from Marrakesh to Essaouira. One stop would’ve been optimal, but two stops added an extra half hour to the trip. Still, if you aren’t in a hurry, it’s good value and the van is comfortable, seating about a dozen people
