The driver we had from Hoi An to Da Nang was very erratic. Firstly he lowered the boot door onto the head of one of the staff at Ananatara resort and then got angry with the staff member. Next he drove erratically constantly tooting the horn and flashing the lights and weaving in and out of traffic. This was a completely different experience to the driver we had on 27th April from Da Nang to Hoi An who was excellent. Keep your standards up Viator to ensure a pleasant customer experience
Dear Nina, We are confused about your review. There are 3 issues with your review: Firstly, I checked very carefully about transfers from Hoi An to Da Nang in the week from April 22 to April 28, 2024. We don't have any customer pick-up from Anantara Resort. Secondly, we noticed that you wrote this review on April 1, 2024, for a future experience on April 27, almost 1 month later? So we even checked March 25 to 31 because I was afraid you might be confused. The result was the same. Thirdly, we also don't have any customer with the name Nina during that time period. If you are sure that you are customer and booked with us — Hura Cars — please share the invoice, and we will refund 10 times the cost you booked with Viator. Nina, you may know us, but we don't know you. We always take note and learn from experiences to improve our service from real customers, not from the bad actions of competitors like you.

This service is excellent!! They took us from the door of our hotel in Hoi An (Lantana Hotel) and drove us gently and nice to Danang airport. Price is so convenient that the tip of 10-20% (they do no ask) is the minimum you can offer to the great driver. If you want solidity, safety and efficiency, hire them.
