Worst best trip the waterfall is stunning its a long drive for a 5 min push in a boat got very wet enjoyed it just was such a anti climax every thing is expensive food place taken to was shocking 130mad =£10 each (cash only) for 10 stone cold chips and 3 tinny and i mean kid portion chicken skews and some stale bread glad had some cash otherwise could have been awkward needed to pay every time u wanted to pee or any thing else was more lol yep they lit only gave u bog roll if u told them what u was going toilit for bus pick up I say seats are cramped for a 3 hour bus ride when u stop people are begging for money some more aggressive then others overall great waterfall proper was not worth 6 hour round trip for and food definitely not worth the money

The driver and guide were very friendly and catered for all our needs. Pick up was easy. Tour was excellent value for money. We really enjoyed the boat ride and lunch. Your guide was amazing as were all involved. Would definitely recommend this tour. Thanks Donna and Sue

We took the trip to Ouzoud as a family and it was a wonderful experience. Everything was very well organized and we loved the place. Our guide, Yassine, was very kind, fun, and attentive; he made the trip even more pleasant and enjoyable. The driver was also very punctual and helpful throughout the entire tour. The local guide was also very good and explained everything to us in a very interesting way. The food was good and, in general, everything went very well. We totally recommend this excursion for families! Thank you very much for everything and, especially, to Yassine for making us enjoy the trip so much. 😊

The walk to the waterfall starts at the top and you make your way down, so bring appropriate footwear. From there, you can get on one of the boats which is somehow rowed by a single man! Ours had a sense of humour, taking us right to the base of the waterfall where we got pretty wet which we found quite funny. Maybe skip the boat ride though if you're the type to get upset over being touched by a bit of water! He definitely earned a tip from us though. We would recommend to purchase the included lunch unless you are bringing your own. There are a number of restaurants at the waterfall though, so you can choose where you want to eat if you opt not to. There are some monkeys too and people offering you various foods to give them. Obviously, not for free.

The experience was very pleasent. Both Amin and the local guide Hussein were very nice with us along the journey.

It was fine but bit far to get there so took to long of a road trip, but waterfalls are stunning.

Our experience today was very lively. The driver knew how to create a very pleasant atmosphere. If I return, I recommend this agency. Thanks to the team!

The waterfalls are beautiful when you get there however, we had a 3 hour minibus ride each way, with no air conditioning on the bus. Apparently it was broken 🤔. This bit of the journey was horrendous as it was 44 degrees on the day we went. I asked when I was getting on the bus had they air conditioning as I had my doubts from the appearance of the bus. The guide said yes otherwise our group of 4 would have not gone on the trip. A 6 hour trip in 44 degree heat was very unhealthy and there was a child on the bus also. Very disappointed as the tour is advertised as having an air conditioned bus!! Beware travellers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional experience! We spent a truly magnificent day during our outing to Ouarzazate, and that was in large part thanks to our guide Yassine NW. Yassine is a wonderful guide: friendly, funny, kind, and very attentive. He made us laugh during the entire trip, both on the way there and on the way back! Very accommodating regarding breaks, he knew how to adapt to our wishes and helped us discover magnificent places, notably the kasbahs. The detour into the mountains was simply exceptional! A big thank you also to Mustapha, our driver, who was adorable, very friendly, and just as accommodating. Frankly, without Yassine, this outing would not have been the same. He is a very beautiful person, and we will keep an unforgettable memory of this day. An experience that we highly recommend and that we would repeat with great pleasure! ❤️ Madeleine
