Hendes tilberedning af brød, oste og vin var ekstremt organiseret og velforberedt. Plus Ingrid var en fornøjelse, og vi havde en fantastisk tid." "Vi nød vores osteoplevelse med Ingrid! Vi lærte meget om, hvordan oste- og vinregioner er forskellige i Frankrig, hvordan de er mærket efter region. Ingrid fik os til at prøve så generøse mængder oste med rigeligt brød og vin. Ingrid lavede os Føl dig så hjemme og godt tilpas, det var en meget værd og lækker oplevelse!" Our cheese tasting adventure was nothing short of lactose fueled excellence. Ingrid guided us through each cheese with the confidence of someone who has definitely had deep conversations with Comté. We sampled, we laughed, and we left with a newfound respect for cheese in all its glorious forms. The experience was fun, delicious, and just fancy enough to make us feel cultured without having to understand art. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys good cheeses and great company!

Ingrid’s guided cheese tasting was informative, interesting, and of course delicious. We enjoyed learning about the different regions of France and their cheese production, along with what wines pair best with them. Would certainly recommend this tasting for any and all fellow cheese lovers.

This was one of my favorite activities I signed up for on this trip! Ingrid was such a delight. We learned so much about the cheese and wine she brought for us. She enriched our tasting with French history as it related to our cheese and wine.

This cheese tasting was fun and informative. Ingrid was super personable, and she had a wealth of knowledge to share. We tasted some exquisite cheeses and learned so much! I definitely recommend spending some time with Ingrid and immersing yourself in French fromage!!!!!!

A lovely experience. We enjoyed a friendly, hearty and most devoted atmosphere in a small group. It's easy to feel an international connection with people from Australia and Europe over French cheese and wine. The world becomes so very small. Thank you for the kind and thoughtful experience during our stay, we enjoyed it very much.

What a fun experience! Ingrid did a fabulous job of helping us learn about and taste some truly delicious and meaningful French cheese. Her commitment to working with cheese shops that work with small producers and to sampling a wide variety of cheeses from across France was a fabulously tasty culinary journey. Matching this tasting with regional wines that align to the terroir of the regions was fun and really enhanced the experience. While I LOVE a good food tour, it was nice to have a sit down tasting in a lovely spot.
