The driver was professional and patient when passport control was slow. Great car and good conversation.

We were collected at the airport by Mr Ibrar - we had been given his number beforehand via the Viator app and then were in communication via WhatsApp when we landed. He had parked super close to the terminal so was an easy walk for us, and had bottled water in the car. Mr Ibrar was knowledgable and engaging, we had a good laugh on the way to our hotel. His English was great as well so made communication for us so much easier as we don’t speak Norwegian (unfortunately).

Great service. The driver was pleasant and helpful and very accommodating. He helped us understand how to get out of the airport to meet him and along the way to the hotel he was full of good information.

Ibrar came earlier than scheduled because he wanted to make sure he won't get stucked in Friday rush hour traffic. He was very kind and polite and also helped us carry our luggage through the check-in counter.
We had the worst experience we have ever had with the driver this organization sent. Our plane was late and as soon as we landed I received a rude WhatsApp message saying the driver had waited long enough and any more wait would cost extra. My understanding from when I booked this very expensive ride was that the driver would track our flight and then wait at the airport in the arrival area with a signboard for one hour after the flight landed. The confirmation message I received from the business confirmed this. Our flight landed at 5:28. My first message to the driver was at 5:45 when I was first able to get on the airport’s WiFi, I reminded him of his obligation to wait 1 hour from landing, but he said he’d waited long enough. I told him if he left I wouldn’t pay. He kept complaining and saying he wasn’t going to wait any longer. When we got out to the arrival area he was not there. I messaged him asking if he’d left, in which case we would find another ride. He said we should come outside and meet him at the taxi area. When he got there, I thanked him for waiting and he complained some more. He was surly, unfriendly and kind of scary to us 3 women. It was 6:15 when we got in the car—less than 1 hour after our flight landed. It got worse after that. When we neared our destination, he kept going in different directions than his GPS was telling him, apparently because the GPS was directing him to make a big loop to get to our apartment. Going this “shorter” way led him to 2 streets that were blocked with construction. At the second of these he stopped the car and told us we would have to walk from there. I asked why he couldn’t go around the construction as his GPS was directing him to go, and he said where we were staying was completely cut off by construction and no car could get through. He pointed vaguely in front of the car and said we should walk that way. It was the end of a very exhausting and frustrating travel day for us and I had no idea where to go. I slammed the car door on my way out. The driver abandoned 3 women in a country and city that we are totally unfamiliar with, with all of our luggage and no cell service for directions. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a driver and I wouldn’t ever do business with them again. I wrote to the business that night and told them what happened. They apologized, said they would investigate and “take appropriate action if we find that our service protocols were not followed. While the high season has required us to work with selected freelance drivers from trusted third-party partners in Oslo, this does not excuse the experience you had, nor does it diminish our responsibility to ensure consistent service quality.”. It’s a start, but in no way makes up for our horrid experience.

It was so easy! Driver had our name on a sign and he was waiting right outside baggage. Driver was very knowledgeable and personable. He told us many interesting things about Oslo on our drive to the hotel.
Overall it worked out ok although he was not waiting in the arrivals area with name card as promised. Once we connected to wi fi we could see that he had messaged via what’s app and then located him.
