Beskrivelse
Denne tur dækker mange af byens centrum must-see attraktioner: Gå gennem fortet, der har beskyttet byen siden begyndelsen af 1300-tallet, og siden da har været scenen for mange begivenheder i norsk historie. Fæstningen har været et slot, et fængsel og et lager og er nu vært for 3 museer. Se Kristiania Torg, som engang var hjertet og sjælen i byen. Hvis du mangler tid, men stadig ønsker at dække de vigtigste attraktioner, er dette turen for dig. Turen slutter på Karl Johan nær Parlamentet. Turen starter hver lørdag kl. 14.00.

We took this tour because it was included in our Oslo pass, but would absolutely recommend it at its standalone price-point. Our guide, Tammy, had a contagious energy, and the two hours and change of the tour with her just flew by. Not only did we receive a comprehensive overview of Oslo( and, by extension, Norway)'s history, but Tammy was also able to answer our many questions on topics ranging from local sights to Norwegian language and culture in extremely fluent English and with a solid balance between detailed accounts and succinctness. In particular, we learned where to buy authentic potetlefser, what a tilfluktsrom is for (and why they're being repaired) and which Viking-themed experience might be a tourist trap. All in all, we cannot recommend this tour enough.
Tammy is a very nice guide who told a lot of story and interesting things that only local people know.

Jens was engaging throughout the walk and provided us with just the right amount of information as we walked through the heart of Oslo. Nice to get an overview of the City and its history on our first full day in Oslo.
