It's beautiful and imposing from the outside. It's worth a visit but I didn't find it a must... It's a bit of stairs and so full, that if I come back, it'll be just for the garden.

This was a very good and interesting tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history. She made the tour well worth its price.
I’m not a fan of tour guides who rely on pictures to tell a story, I feel like they should be engaging enough to be able to keep us interested and well informed. Although our guide was absolutely lovely she was softly spoken and I couldn’t hear some of what was said. She did take great photos though.
My wife booked this the Osaka Castle Walking Tour and our guide was Hikaru and we had a wonderful time. Hikaru speaks perfect English and did a great job telling the story of Nobu, Hike, and Tokugawa and the history of Osaka Castle. She also knew all the best places to stop and take pictures, and even walked us to the best spot to grab an Uber after our tour was complete. 10/10 would recommend this tour!

It was a really good tour with great photos from our tour guide! Got to learn a little bit about the history, but would have loved if the tour was a little longer

Great tour. Our tour guide Miri was very nice and kept an easy pace. The outside of the castle is gorgeous. We would have like to see the inside but the line was already long at 9 am.

We had the best guide. Moe explained so much and treated us to some hidden gems around Osaka Castle Park. It was a great tour and we learned a lot.
Osaka castle is a beautiful stroll through Osaka history! I would recommend Aya from guidemejapan first and foremost. She is so knowledgeable and catered to our needs as a family on a very hot day in July! Remember that the tour does not include tickets into the castle. We didn’t mind it but if you are going, book early in the morning! It is beautiful and knowing more about it was key. Thank you Aya! You really made our tour and day an easy one!
