Really bad experience unfortunately. What should have been the highlight of the trip, turned out to be the worst part of the trip. Boat is RAMMED full of people, too many people, for the experience to be enjoyable. The boat doesn’t stop where it was advertised. The day is very long, and when it’s not going as expected, it doesn’t make for a fun time. Would recommend doing a tour but with a super reputable place

This is an amazing day tour complete with snorkling, swimming, high speed tour of the islands with a great lunch. We highly recommend it.

The trip was merely a ferry transportation from Phuket to one of the Phi Phi islands. There is no "tour." The buffet lunch was the worst food I've experienced in Phuket. I ended up paying a separate 1500 BHAT for a wooden boat ride around islands. What guide? Just call it a roundtrip ferry.

I reserved a daytrip to Phi Phi first class ticket that was meant to include transport from Patong Hotel. Had no contact from the Operator to arrange the collection from hotel, I then decided to call the agent direct Was then told that there is no space on any transfer to the marina and that I needed to find my own way there I ended up paying a return transfer for 1300 Baht instead of the free advertised shuttle and zero support from the agent, my booking ref was BR-762104896 When I arrived at the marina, there was little information on what Q to join for check-in, the process was very slow and I would recommend arriving early as possible for check-in On-board the boat was ok in the first class cabin area as it was not completely full, however the announcements were not audible in English, so none of the information was understood at all Arriving on Long Beach, was somewhat dis-organised and the extra activities not clearly explained I then found a long boat to take me on a tour around the islands nearby, although the driver decided to take a shorter trip and did not take me to Maya beach even though paid 1500 Baht for tour The Islands are breathtakingly beautiful and that made me ignore the other negative aspects Highly recommend Phi Phi Islands and suggest stay overnight as you can also catch a normal ferry service to Phuket and Krabi etc.

I booked this tour 12 hours in advance and it was confirmed immediately. (Agent was sightseeingbangkok.com) I called them straight after to ensure that everything was ok and the guy I spoke to was super efficient and helpful. The hotel pick-up was on time and by the time we arrived at the marina, the boat departed within 20 mins (so no long wait) - the driver was also a really nice guy. Booked the first class option and everything was great (except a couple of screaming babies.... but what could they do about it?) The boat first passed from Phi Phi Leh but no stop was made and no description is being given - I did my homework so I new what I was seeing - just amazing! We then arrived at Phi Phi Don at 11:15 and departed at 14:00 The crew was amazing and very helpful (and their English is slightly better than the standards here) The Lunch: As a vegetarian there were some options for me and it was ok. They has steamed rice, pasta with tomato sauce, butter fried potatoes and stir fried veggies. For the meat eaters there were a few more options. The place: after reading so many reviews about how packed it is... it came as a surprise to see that it was absolutely fine. We stayed at the long beach and it was not too busy. This place is heaven on earth and so happy I had the chance to visit today!

wonderfull experiance ,on time pickup from hotel & transfred on pier .we have bood first class tickests which was empty with 10 to 12 people on this class ,airconditoner was cool.phi phi island was clean & water was transperent,food was included in pacakage but we r vegiterians they dont have options only boiled patatoes & fruits were avalaible for us.return was smooth we recomend this tour for phuket visitors.
