Instructor was excellent and ensuring we knew how to snorkel water was Krystal clear and in abundance of fish

Palm Beach experience I emailed and tried to call to confirm trip. No answer. We arrived at the the peanut island ferry and still couldn't get in touch with " tour operator". Then we had to connect to Viator to receive refund. One hour and 30 minutes later "the tour guide" text that we should have been canceled because of the high tide difference!!!!! Aren't tides ebb and flow known a week in advance!!!? Thankfully we received a refund but we had to shell out $160 to go directly from dock with peanut ferry.

This was the perfect snorkeling experience for us. We had read that the best time to snorkel was at high tide, so it was perfect that Curtis sets up the trip to coincide with high tide. The short boat ride to the island was very pretty. We were all mostly novice snorkelers, and Curtis was great! He took the time to make sure we were all set up and new how to use the equipment. We saw some beautiful fish, crabs and even a manatee swam by our boat. Would definitely recommend this experience, and Curtis, for your next snorkeling trip.

Curtis and George was extremely welcoming and pleasant. Their other partner, not a people's person at all. Nonetheless, the excursions should be reiterated thoroughly. We were under the impression our family would only be on boat, we were going to do all stated extravaganza yet we didn't even explore 1 due to timing and the amount of boats that were in the water. I had to rate 2 because we traveled to do this as a family and ended up doing nothing for the cost. I'm not asking for a refund because the team provided their boat, their gas and we still went out on the water but clarification and communication matters. It was advertised incorrectly. Revamp the page to avoid bad reviews and refund request. Thank you.

Took my wife, daughter and grandson for what we thought was a beach trip by boat, when we arrived to an area where you can see the beach we asked when we were going to the beach and they replied that this was a snorkel only trip. That was not advertise on the website, the website stated beach with paddle boats rentals etc. Have we known it was a snorkel only trip we would not have gone. I was told by the crew Curtis (nice guy) that he would get me full refund. After a few days we only received 40 % of our money back. Not fair, they should make their website clear for future travelers. Lost 110. dollars for nothing.

December 2024 I wish to add that the credit company credited my account since the boat company denied although it published and recommended snorkeling as seen on the photos. It was my sole purpose going there with my own snorkeling equipment.

We had an incredible time on our Peanut Island adventure with Curtis! The experience was unforgettable as we explored the beautiful waters of West Palm Beach. Curtis was an amazing guide, showing us the best spots to see the vibrant marine life. The variety of fish we encountered was stunning, and the crystal-clear waters made the entire experience even more magical. We couldn’t have asked for a better day out on the water. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the natural beauty of Peanut Island!

Our guide Curtis was so patient and informative. My granddaughter and I had never been scuba diving. But with what we learned we want to go again.

Curtis was amazing! Patient and very knowledgeable. My friend and I booked and were able to get from the town to the island quick. It was my first time snorkeling and I was not stressed or nervous. Curtis provided so much guidance I felt comfortable going into deep waters. I felt so comfortable in fact that I stayed at the island to free snorkel on my own. Thanks to Curtis my friend and I had an incredible day of fun while sightseeing the fish!

Curtis Alva was the best! Excellent snorkeling and kayaking to Peanut Island. First time snorkeling for our family and he was an amazing teacher. Entire family loved it.
