Canceled 3 hours before the tour with no attempt to reschedule.
After confirming and taking an uber to pick up location, I get a text @9pm cancelling stating the bus needed attention towards a mechanical issued.
We had such a great time! The host was friendly and accommodating and communication was clear and consistent. We were able to experience different party zones in the city. Would book again.
The coordination of pick up confusion limited my experience and time to enjoy the destination stops. I was told I would be getting a partial refund
My experience with the party bus was great! The drivers were both very friendly and informative and I had a great night! They also provided us with free water and drinks while on the bus and played good music!
Loved the experience! The team was very welcoming and I had so much fun. It was great to meet other solo travelers. The bus was super cool, some drinks were included, and I didn’t have to worry about uber or where to go. I got to explore multiple areas and different bars. Definitely recommend
The host was not dressed appropriately and looked as if she had just rolled out of bed. When we arrived at the first destination, the host did ot show us where to go; instead, she sent us coordinates, saying that the vehicle couldn't get into the location. The coordinates were inaccurate, and we ended up walking for about 5 blocks to the club. While in the club, a very scary incident occurred with us, and we explained it to the host when we got back on the bus. We then asked if we could be dropped off closer to our hotel. After asking her supervisor, we found out that they wouldn't drop us off even after the incident.
The party bus agent keeps phone on dnd and does not alert you upon arrival/departure of your pick up location.
Tour planner canceled the tour 1 hour before tour and was stuck with nothing to do for the night. Came from Michigan to party for my fiancé birthday and was very unpleased with the tour canceling 1 hour before and left us with nothing to do on a Saturday night smmfh!! Dont do this trip... Definitely not worth it
I want to say this was a lovely experience I wanted to celebrate my cousins 55th birthday and not worry about driving. It was a wonderful group of people we were with. Maria the host and the driver I can not remember his name there customer service was excellent they are very informative has to where we were going Maria created a group chat so she can drop locations to where they were going to be so we never got lost getting back to them. Couple of us partied more than others and what I loved the most that they made sure that we reach our destination safely. I would recommend and do this again
