Our tour guide Eduardo was great. He accommodated all our needs and explained the history of the Panama Canal beautifully. He showed us a lot of touristic places. He was also very friendly and it made our tour experience exquisite. I will definitely recommend this tour. It's a beautiful experience. Don't think about it, just book it.
This tour was just the two of us. The guide said this frequently happens. He showed us places that we would probably never have gone to on our own. Particularly nice was the rooftop view over the city. Definitely recommend.
We were a group of nine and paid for a Panama city night tour, a visit to the Panama Canal museum, a tour of Casco Viejo, a Panamanian dinner with an elaborate local menu, a folkloric program, a visit of the city and its lights. It turned out to be a total bait and switch. The tour guide landed up late. We spent all of 25 minutes in Casco Viejo, walking around withtheguidelookingatGooglemaps. We were driven around the city. We were shown the Panama Canal museum from the outside and asked to take photos. The local panamanian meal and show was cancelled as the restaurant was apparently undergoing renovation. (There are a multitude of panamanian restaurants in the city which we could have been taken to). We were taken instead to an Italian restaurant. We sat there for 90 minutes waiting for our food which never came. We eventually left without dinner as it was taking too long and already 9.30 pm. As the money was already prepaid and we questioned the guide, he said that this is the arrangement that was made for us and there was nothing he could do. The office would not answer our calls. As tourists, not from this country, our hands were tied. A total waste of money and time. Please avoid this company at all costs.

We would like to clarify that **15 days prior to the service**, the booking contact was notified that the originally scheduled traditional Panamanian restaurant **was undergoing renovations** and would not be available on the date of your tour. Since this experience is part of a **combined package that includes the visit to the Mirador located at The Point**, the dinner is linked to the restaurants that operate within that same tourist complex. For this reason, **it is not possible to change the restaurant to other alternatives outside the site**, as the Mirador entrance and dinner service are coordinated within the same operational package. That said, we completely understand your frustration regarding the delay at the restaurant. The evening of the tour was **a Sunday**, and the area was experiencing **very high demand**, which unfortunately caused delays in service across several restaurants in the location. However, we recognize that the waiting time you experienced was not appropriate and we regret that this affected your overall experience. As a company, we take your feedback seriously and will proceed with **a formal complaint to the restaurant** regarding the delay and lack of service. We will also request **the corresponding reimbursement for the dinner service** so that we can proceed with the appropriate refund. The tour guy was very accommodating and very knowledgeable of the history of Panama. The experience was great. I totally recommend this tour.
The guide Alexander was very attentive, explained well the history of the sights. I went on Christmas season and that made the tour even more beautiful. I highly recommend. Taking this tour was fundamental to know the city and enriched my trip a lot.
I’ve now been to Panama three times and very glad that i participated in today’s tour. Although I thought I had an understanding of the country, I learned more during this tour than I had in past visits. Alex did an amazing job of weaving in history and world events which kept me completely engaged. His personal stories about growing up in Casco Viejo made this a one-of-a-kind experience.
Great Experience with Juan the Tour Guide, it was a small group and I was the only tourist that spoke English and Juan made everyone comfortable and made this Night Tour Personable. I didn't tell anyone but the day of the tour (11/16/2026) was my birthday!! This was the reason why I came to Panama City. Definitely ask for Juan!!
The whole trip was great. We had a downpour of rain 1 bolt of lightning, 1clap of thunder, a great meal, good visit to Old Panama and the Amador Causeway
Do not book this tour or use this tour provider. They decided at the last moment to cancel the tour without telling me. When I was finally able to contact them, they claimed to be on their way in heavy traffic. They strung me along for almost two hours before claiming that traffic in Panama City was gridlocked. They assumed I don't speak Spanish, and told me to look at the news to prove their claim. Traffic was, of course, completely normal that night. By the time this sad sequence of events ended, it was far to late for me to make any other plans. If the tour provider wanted to stay home and play video games, they could have canceled earlier in the day to allow me to make other plans during my short stay in Panama. Viator responded to all this quickly and issued me a refund. Viator should stop using this local tour provider.

I learned very much about the history of Panama turning back to the first old city to the making of the Panama Canal. I also enjoyed the trip to Amador and the duty-free shop.Definitely a trip worth taking.
