I løbet af denne UNIKE ERFARING vi lover at få dig til at føle dig som en LOKAL! Væk fra CROWDS og typiske turistmæssige steder, vil vi guide dig gennem WONDERS i Sintra, ofte beskrevet som et eventyr !! Vi begynder med at tage mod den HISTORISKE landsby SINTRA! Selvom Pena-paladset er vidunderligt, ønsker vi, at du tager naturens vidundere ind. Hvis du ønsker at se Pena, stopper vi dig ikke! Næste op af den lokale gourmetbutik kaldet "Casa Piriquita" og prøv den berømte Queijada de Sintra og Travesseiros - en dessert lavet af butterdej med en fyldning af mandelcreme. En perfekt morgenmad i den perfekte SPOT! Kom og oplev den mest mystiske del af SINTRA, der er QUINTA DA REGALEIRA. Her skal du have 1:30 for din EGNE at udforske dette magiske sted! Spis frokost på en typisk PORTUGUESE RESTAURANT, som få ville være i stand til at opdage! Når vi går tilbage, går vi dybt ind i bjergene, før vi stopper ved Cabo da Roca, Europas vestligste punkt!

Rejseplan
Næste leder vi til Historisk Sintra. Her får gæsterne friheden til at gå gennem byen og købe frokost (på egen regning). Når vi er genopbygget med vores guide, stopper vi hos en lokal gourmetbutik for at prøve den lokale berømte "Queijdas de Sintra". Vores næste stop er på "Casa Piriquita". Et milepæl i Sintra, Piriquita er berømt for sine travesseiros - en dessert lavet af puffekager med en fyldning af mandelkrem.
Fremadrettet har vi den fantastiske Quinta da Regaleira. Dette endnu et UNESCO-noteret websted har antikke udskårne bygninger, utrolige haver og en gotisk brise, der vil fortrylle enhver, der tør at komme ind. Vi vil bare passere på vores vente til Cabo da Roca, Europas vestligste punkt.
Vi går også forbi Monserrate Palace på vej til Cabo da Roca.
På vej tilbage stopper vi ved Cabo da Roca, Europas vestligste punkt. Nyd lidt tid til at slentre rundt og tage vidunderlige billeder under solen.
Vores tur slutter med et kort besøg i Hell's Mouth (Boca do Inferno) og Cascais - en kystby, hvor mange portugisiske kongelige familier har ferie i fortiden. Vi ville ikke betragte denne tur til en succes, hvis du ikke oplevede Cascais kystpragt.

We had a great experience touring Lisbon on our private tour with Ricardo. He had such obvious competence and knowledge of the city that we put ourselves in his hands and he did not disappoint. We drove to several locations in the Lisbon area and Ricardo explained their importance, where we could shop and the best places to snack or eat. After a thoroughly enjoyable morning we went to the castle of Sintra. Ricardo accompanied us on the tour and was a wealth of knowledge on the general history of Portugal and the individual aspects of the castle and its inhabitants. Strongly recommend that you ask for Ricardo--you will not be disappointed and you will definitely learn something.

The palace was beautiful and Sintra was a magical town in and of itself. I love the whole experience - from touring Sintra to exploring the coastline.

We spent a full day visiting Cascais and Sintra. Fernando was our guide and he taught us so much of the history of the area. We were impressed with all the knowledge he had of the areas and the absolute beauty of the areas we were touring. We highly recommend this tour and this guide! So professional from start to finish.
