Det er et område med en stor produktion af ekstra jomfru olivenolie, honning, mel og antikorn, hvide, sorte og marzuolo trøfler, gode koldt stykker og oste og ikke mindst den dyre saffran, den ældste produkt af Montalcino

We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. We visited a family-owned winery and even met the owner, who made the appetizers for us. It was a very special experience and the wines were remarkable. We also loved our visit to the saffron farm. The honey and saffron cream were our favorites there. A wonderful experience from start to finish, with knowledgeable and friendly guides. I highly recommend!
Our day began with a tour of a beautiful Brunello winery. We learned about the grapes then had an amazing tasting of wines. From there we went to a different Brunello winery where we had a luscious lunch paired with wines. Our next stop was at a saffron grower where we tasted saffron in many forms. At the end of the day we were sated and content. I highly recommend. Nadia our guide was knowledgeable and helpful. She tried to show us a unique day and succeeded
We had an incomparable day of tasting Brunello wines, eating an incredible meal paired with wines and a rare tasting of saffron products. Our guide, Nadia, was fun and knowledgeable. She was willing to make our experience the best possible by helping us explore this part of Tuscany. It was a unique day where we walked away sated and happy.
