Our guide, Felix really took the extra time to show us the intricate forms of life and was great at explaining things. He was incredibly informative and his English was great. He helped us get great photos and was very patient with our questions. Highly recommend this tour!

We had a great experience with Sinwatour Dreams during our excursion in June 2023. The company picked us up from our lodging, provided snacks and drinks. They also offered walking sticks which were greatly appreciated. Our guided tour of the Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve with Eduardo was truly exceptional. Eduardo's extensive knowledge of the history, flora, and fauna of the area seems to have added a lot of value to the tour. He was such a well-informed guide that it made a huge difference in appreciating the natural beauty and biodiversity of such a unique place like the Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve Eduardo showed us so many plants and animals that we wouldn't have otherwise seen without his guidance demonstrates his expertise and dedication as a tour guide. Exploring hidden gems and lesser-known spots made this excursion truly memorable and enriching. The company went the extra mile to celebrate the 70th birthday of one of our group members. An instructive and relaxing experience in this unique kind of forest. Detailed description of the history and evolution of this forest by Guillermo made the tour so entertaining. Guillermo is very observant when walking us in the forest and spots examples of tree branches to describe how different plants, insects and fungi live in harmony and interaction for the natural evolution of the species. He also showed us a few birds. In addition, he was also mindful of my cardio behavior by frequently checking on me; good customer service.

We had a great guided tour of the Monteverde Cloud Forest with Eduardo. He knew so much about the history, flora and fauna of the area. He showed us so many plants and animals that we would not have seen had we not been with a knowledgeable guide. This company goes above and beyond. It was the birthday of one of our party and Eduardo and the company gave her a present. You can’t go wrong with a company that is so thoughtful.

We toured the Monteverde Cloud Forest with Guillermo. He was very familiar with the area & friendly with the other guides, which was really key to getting the most out of our time there. Both our guide & driver were very friendly. The transportation was exceptionally clean & had beverages and snacks available.

I did the tour to St. Helena Reserve combined with the horseback riding to watch the sunset. I really liked it and the Service (organization, transportation and guides) was always very good. I recommend doing it with a guide because they explain a lot of things, you learn a lot and they help you find animals in forest. I would repeat it again!!

Sinwatour Dreams transported us to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve. We had a wonderful tour with Rossy, our naturalist guide, who took us on a hike through the forest. She helped us take pictures of the birds we saw through her scope and was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the area. The shuttle van was right on time at the hotel to take us to the Reserve and was waiting for us when the tour ended.

It was unbelievable how the guides saw so much more than we would ever have seen. Make sure you take a guided hike. You would not see most of the wildlife without a guide. We saw a female Quetzal, a green pit viper, a hummingbird nest, a coata mundi, zombie beetle and several other types of birds. The walk is very easy and slow since you must move slowly and quietly to see the wildlife. It is not very crowded although there is very limited parking within the lot. We parked on the street and our vehicle was fine. The road up to Monteverde is partially unpaved so you should have a 4 wheel drive vehicle.
It seems that you had a wonderful experience in the night walk with our guide. It's great to read your comment and we thank you very much.
