Edwardo does a great job. His English is perfect if you need an English speaking guide. Spanish, as well. He's lived in the area for years, so his knowledge is quite extensive. He will have a sign with your name just past the entrance to the pier if you're arriving at the port on a cruise ship. He will take you to several local sights with impressive views in a clean and air conditioned van. He will make several stops if the group is interested in shopping. Our group did go to a jewelry store where we stayed only about 10 minutes...enough time to browse and one person made a purchase. The "museum" sharing the loom process and culture was interesting. You can also shop for woven textiles or painted items/souvenirs. Another stop to a local shop for mezcal and coffee tasting, which was interesting. Clean restroom is available there. An informative and nice historical overview of the area.

This was a good shore excursion for a few hours to see some of the highlights. Edwardo was a very personable and knowledgeable guide.
This is a great tour for first time visitors to Huatulco. Eduardo (Lalo) is an excellent host. He has lived in Huatulco for a long time and knows the area well. We travelled in an oversized van that held 9 of us. Eduardo took us to see some beautiful areas. Just when we thought an area couldn’t be beat, we went to the next which was even more beautiful. We spent some time in town - saw how natural dyes are used in weaving blankets, rugs. Stopped in a jewelry store and a mescal tasting adventure. Then on to the most beautiful church to see the Lady of Guadalupe and hear the history. We were dropped off back at pier with plenty of time to shop and sit out at one of the restaurants overlooking the beach and ship. We enjoyed this excursion very much and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Huatulco.
There were just 9 of us on this tour and the mini van was full. We easily found our guide outside the cruise port and we got away slightly early. An excellent tour with views of the various bays in the area. We went into Crucecita where we visited a store selling Mezcal and other liquors if which we were treated to lots of samples! We also visited a rug making place and a jewellery shop. The Church of our Lady of Guadalupe was amazing. An excellent morning and thank you to our guide, Eduardo, who was very knowledgeable.
Eduardo sared a lot of excellent knowledge, and paced the tour to the capabilities of the whole group. Excellent job.
It was super informative of the area we're in. He was knowledgeable, polite. Eduardo was wonderful. He let us take our time in the shop to let us take our time taking pictures.
Eduardo is personable, so knowledgeable and very engaging. The tour has nice variety. The views of the bays and their beaches were beautiful, and we especially liked the mezcal tasting and textile demonstration at the artesanal shop in La Crucecita. His van is very comfortable with individual seats, and Eduardo even provides drinks. Highly recommend. Cinco Estrella.
Eduardo was a great guide and told us a lot about Huatulco and explained it. The stops were wonderful viewpoints and we got a great overview of the great bays. We were spoiled with water and beer. The opportunity to try mezcal, coffee, cocoa and dips was a lot of fun and we got an insight into the craft of natural carpet making.
Our guide, Eduardo, was very knowledgeable and informative. We had a little rough start as we had to locate one couple who missed a message about our meeting point. Once we were all aboard, we set out on a tour of the area around Huatulco. Seeing the bays from several different perspectives gave us a very good overview of the area. Our next stop was in a shop featuring many crafts from local artisans, including a working loom showing how woven articles are made. We then visited the Catholic church in La Crucesita, with touching displays of art work dedicated to Our Lady of Guadalupe. Last, we visited a shop where we sampled mezcal - both "plain" and several flavored varieties. A very enjoyable experience!
Sightseeing beautiful beaches, drive through streets with high end hotels, resorts, tequila or mescals tastings, shopping , our tour provides with water bottle drink and beer, nice and air conditioning vehicle
