Beskrivelse
Le Pied à Terre Følelser inden for rækkevidde

James was so knowledgeable, this was such a fantastic wine tasting session, we both loved it. James knowledgeable of wine was outstanding. His explanations of the wines and processes of production and classification were simple clear and landed with us. Way better than the whole day tour we went on the day before. Great wines. Highly recommended
I mean, let’s admit you visit Bordeaux because of wine, and learning about different wines within Bordeaux leads to understanding of so much more than just in the region, but weather and culture. James was so wonderful, and I only hope that my wife and I get to visit Bordeaux again, do the tasting again- we learned so much more in 1 hour than having to bear pretentious rambling of our ‘wino’ friends. James recommended a ruin and a wine bar that perfectly complimented our trip after the tasting. Thank you very much
We love the Regina Hotel in Bordeaux, France. The hotel is a small traditional French hotel. It is in a beautiful classic French building. The location, price, and staff are wonderful. It is right across the street from the Bordeaux train station, so very convenient for us as we travel to southern France and on into Spain. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is also very nice and traditionally French. The region of the city has everything you might like to see or need.
Loads and loads of information in a lovely room, 4 small tastes of wine, tasty snacks...............
We had an English wine expert who was very knowledgeable of the wines and history of Bordeaux. The wines we sampled were very nice and we had a great afternoon.
Great experience! We had a very good time. James was wonderful explaining the basics about the Bordeaux wine DOC’s, the process of wine tasting and patiently answering questions about wine in general in an easy going and relaxed style. Highly recommended.
James was a fantastic - a generous and intelligent health. Great story teller and shared his passion for wine and food.
The experience was enjoyable, however the photos in the booking lead you to believe you are doing a taste instruction with two brothers, when the host is neither of the gentlemen shown and only one person, which I found to be a bit misleading, especially after reading all the great reviews about the brothers. Our host was certainly very knowledgeable, but did tend to ramble a bit and I found myself, as somewhat of a novice, tuning out, as I didn't really understand what was going on or how to properly taste the wines, as I thought we would be taught, as this was also listed in the experience description. All in all, a nice experience and I would recommend it to intermediate and above wine tasters, but perhaps the description/photos need to be changed to portray a more accurate explanation.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We took over the cellar on May 13 and immediately modified our communication, changed the photos and explanations. You must have booked when the two brothers were still the owners... We attach great importance to feedback and yours draws our full attention. We note that you still recommend our workshop... thank you.
I’ve been to a lot of wine tastings around the world and this was one of the best. Very very knowledgable about wines, explained how to properly taste them. Talked about the history of Bordeaux wines. Was able to answer any and all questions. Would highly recommend! The actual wine and the charcuterie on the side were also amazing!
Thank you immensely for your plebiscite!! We are delighted that you enjoyed your experience.
The person responsible very nice and trained, you can tell q knows what he is talking about. I would recommend, for better follow-up explanations, a brief summary in the languages of the participants, for example Spanish. German...
Gracias por su respuesta. Nos quedamos con su idea de informe en el idioma de los participantes!!!
