MiniCabRide overbooks constantly causing them to be an hour delayed in my kids pickup at Heathrow. They claim traffic was the issue but the driver confirmed that was not the case. I asked for a partial refund but they claim it has to come from Viator, who also denies responsibility. Book directly when you are able.
This was great! Viator is always dependable. I had a last minute small change in pick up time and they got it done for me! Clean car, nice driver, on time and just a solid experience! Kudos to Viator for reliable service and far less than private drivers.
PROS: the car was extremely clean and got me to my desired hotel. The communication up front was proactive and they track the flight. CONS: I don't know what happened but once I confirmed that my group was ready and waiting at the meeting point, it somehow then took 50minutes for us to get a driver. Hopefully my experience was an anomaly. We also did not receive any water.

I am a 76-year-old solo traveler from New York. I always use MiniCabRide for transfers between London Heathrow and my hotel in Russell Square during my three annual five-week visits. The drivers are punctual, safe, friendly, and professional. I travel with two large duffel bags, a cabin bag, my shoulder bag, and a carry-on satchel. I have knee problems, so I am especially grateful for the kindness of the drivers in seeing to the luggage without even being asked. The office staff is helpful in connecting me to the driver upon arrival at Heathrow, a large, bustling airport. Reasonable cost for a valued service.

Our driver was on time. He met us at the area where they told us to meet. The car was nice and clean. We would use this service again.

Very pleased and efficient with their service. They called the day before to confirm. They called on day of pickup. Driver was waiting at a very convenient spot at the airport. Ride was efficient. Driver was polite and handled our bags. Strongly recommend

Had difficulty finding the driver he was not where he said he was waiting for me in the airport, it took a while to find him other than that,. It was a good experience. almost canceled and took cab, but all in all it worked out in the end.

Excellent Company to use Calmed my stress on getting to the hotel on my own. Was lovely to find a smiling face as I came out of the airport luggage collection area waiting for me with a name sign. Very nice car - to relax in for the ride Team member was so pleasant to talk to on the drive Made sure I was comfortable with the heat in the car. Would recommend and will use in my next trip to UK Communication was excellent Before I left USA as well as Checking in on me as I arrived to confirm they were there waiting. The cost I felt excellent for the travel time.
