Booking and payment was easy. As soon as service was booked I was contacted to confirm booking and to let me know when payment was due. Confirmed the number of passengers and pick up/drop off time. Frank our driver was friendly and prompt; contact was made even before we got off the ship. We were dropped off at the airport timely.

Pick up was easy and professional. Called prior to cruise to confirm and called the morning of giving tips on exiting the ship as well. Will use them everytime in the future. They were fantastic

Our transfer from the Cape Canaveral Cruise Port to the Orlando Airport went very smooth. We were able to find our driver quickly in a busy port. Frank was amazing! Pickup was seamless and he held our luggage while we went to Kennedy space center for the day, then dropped us off at two locations. We had a large group of 10, and halfway through the day the Florida heat was too much for the toddlers so Frank came back to pick up half the group. Despite having a packed schedule for the day, he made an additional round trip from KSC to our airport hotel at no extra charge! We are so grateful for his excellent service and will definitely hire CCT again when we are in the Orlando area. 5+ stars!

Due to a change in our flight departure time, we needed private transportation from the cruise port to MCO.
