My experience was great. The driver Jay arrived 15 minutes early in a brand new 2026 vehicle. There were drinks chilled waiting for me inside the vehicle. Jay was English speaking and answered questions that I had about the area along the way. Overall it was a good experience and I would use the company again for my transfers as a solo traveler amd also as traveling with a group.
They no showed and didn’t reach out to me until I reached out to them, 15 min passed pickup time. They claim the driver had a flat, but yet they didn’t message me via Viator. I tried to call both numbers listed for Punta Cana but it didn’t work,
