Jeg er en kroatisk naturelsker og familie gård ejer. Min familie har dyrket landbrug med kærlighed i generationer. De kom til Dubrovnik i det 16. århundrede og dyrkede jorden for Dubrovnik adel, hvis jord vi er i dag. Nyd den største klasseværelse i verden - åben luft natur omgivelser af Dubrovnik!

Beliggenheden er Vardia gård i Malaštica Hill, 200 meter over Adriaterhavet, kun 15 minutters kørsel fra den naturskønne gamle bydel i Dubrovnik og tæt på grænsen til Bosnien og Hercegovina. Du vil blive afhentet fra dit hotel eller et mødested. Der er en nem vandretur ned og op ad bakken gennem olivenlunde, økologisk gård og gammel egetræsk. Du vil smage en hjemmelavet urt brandy eller en likør lavet med frugt fra vores frugthave. I verdens største klasseværelse - Dubrovnik landsby, vil jeg dele med jer den viden, jeg har akkumuleret gennem uddannelse og arbejde i felterne med min far og farfar. Du vil smage vores lækre økologiske olivenolie med hjemmelavet brød og vores hvidvin. Du vil finde ud af om dyrkning og produktion og smage alle vores produkter. Efter vi vil gå tilbage til bilen og du vil blive taget tilbage til din bolig.

Cannot recommend this enough, Ivica was so friendly and passionate about his craft, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of his family farm and also gave us some great tips about where to go in the city for great food and beaches. The end result after the tour was delightful, we got to try different snacks, homemade bread and olive oil and wine made from the fruits of the farm. Ivica was the perfect host, thank for you an unforgettable experience. If you are able to cope with a moderate hike, book this, you won’t be disappointed!
It was such a lovely experience! Walking the trails on the family and tasting all of the delicious products produced by the family! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Dubrovnik area!
Very nice experience with interesting and knowledgeable guide. Had tour of the Olive farm from the owner who is taken care of it currently after multiple generations in his family. Had wine, cheese, and olive oil for lunch along with homemade bread. Everything was excellent. Would highly recommend.
Its an experience not to be missed. The history of the village was great and walking through the area with all types of herbs, olive trees orange trees to many to name our guide was excelent very proud of his family farm. 100 acre family farm 300 years of history
This is an incredible tour to learn about the local food and wine and see all of the hard work The Family has put in over hundreds of years. The property is beautiful and you can see all of the wide variety of plants and trees. Ivica has great knowledge of the area and I think the tour is a great compliment to go along with exploring the old city.
Such a peaceful and beautiful family farm! We learned so much about the Croatian culture and about hardworking farm families! Great photos and memories!
