På Oculus Glass Bottom-båden kan du udforske den fascinerende historie om de sunkne både Cali og Balboa på Grand Cayman. Dykning og snorkling ved disse skibsvrag skal have tilladelse fra havnen på forhånd. Du behøver dog ikke at få tilladelse fra havnen, hvis du deltager på vores glasbundsbådtur. This was a great way to see marine life and underwater wrecks. It was about an hour, which is great when you are visiting and want to see other sites too. The staff was friendly and entertaining.

Would recommend! Saw a couple of shipwrecks and lots of fish, stingrays, a turtle. Prior to the trip I had a question and reached them right away via WhatsApp. We had a great time!

The experience was great! Lots of underwater sea life and shipwrecks. Note there are no signs telling you where to meet and the boat is not called the Oculus, so we had trouble figuring out where to meet. Staff were very helpful with my sister who has difficulty walking.

Horrible! They gave us wrong meeting point address and then we called them and they gave us another address by the time we went there the boat left
Hello Maria, Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Due to cruise ship tendering, our meeting location had to be changed on the day of your tour. Once the updated location was confirmed, we sent the revised details and instructions via Viator, WhatsApp, and text message the day before, as your phone was not available for calls at that time. We also communicated this clearly during our phone call approximately 25 minutes before departure from the dock. Regarding the departure time, we provided an additional option beyond your original booking. While the departure was moved to 2:00 PM, we also informed you that there were still spaces available on the 1:00 PM tour should you have preferred to join earlier. The boat departed shortly after 1:20 PM, which is what you may have seen. We also operated a 2:00 PM tour for guests who were unable to make the earlier departure, as we run tours every hour. It is disappointing for us, as all other guests were able to board successfully except your group. However, we truly regret that you were unable to join the tour and understand your frustration.
It never happened! I was contacted by CJ Moore, two days before the tour that weekend tours were canceled due to low demand. They offered Friday 3/13 at 1 pm, I declined as my flight was scheduled to land at 12:15 pm that day. I requested other options. They responded by offering Monday 3/16 at 9 am or 10 am. I immediately accepted 9 am slot. I asked them to confirm as soon as they could, and at least by 3/15 (today) so I could plan accordingly. I forwarded several messages asking for confirmation, but no one responded to confirm or otherwise. I even requested to process a full refund, but still no response. This is extremely concerning and needs attention and intervention from Viator team.

Unfortunately, the number of participants for the time you selected was too low, and we needed additional time to determine whether the tour could still operate. As this tour is conducted on a large vessel, a minimum number of participants is required for operational reasons. We understand how important timely updates are when planning around travel schedules, and we regret that we were unable to confirm your request sooner. Please also note that our office closes mid-day on Saturdays. As soon as we were able to review and confirm the status, we sent you a message; however, by that time you had already chosen to cancel the booking. As requested, your booking has been fully refunded. For urgent matters in the future, we kindly recommend contacting our emergency phone number so we can assist you as quickly as possible. We had a wonderful experience on the glass bottom boat tour in Grand Cayman. The water was incredibly clear, and being able to see the reef and marine life through the glass bottom was amazing. It was such a fun way to experience the ocean, especially for families or anyone who wants to see underwater life without snorkeling. Our guide was fantastic, very friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging throughout the tour. They shared interesting information about the reef, fish, and the local environment, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The whole excursion was well organized, relaxing, and truly memorable. If you’re visiting Grand Cayman, I would absolutely recommend this tour. It was one of the highlights of our trip!

The tour guide made the trip a 5 star. He was great and engaging. The assistant who swam with the fish was very entertaining I was disappointed that there was water the glass and that our feet were in water which made it uncomfortable.

Our trip on the Oculus glass-bottom boat was the absolute highlight of our Grand Cayman vacation!
