Our tour guide Andrae was amazing! His customer service skills are definitely the best of the best. He was on time, friendly, informative, outgoing, fun, and overall a people’s person. The best part of the experience was that he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. It’s the small things he did just to make sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. I give this experience 10 out of 10 stars! I would definitely recommend Road Travel Jamaica!!!
As past reviews say, Andre is the best. He is very polite and actually cares about your experience. He knows his way around. Stops for food. Points out nice landmarks along the way. Our excursion had to be bumped up to 7am instead of 9am due to Jamaica reinforcing their curfew and Andre emailed and called us to let us know. He was professional and on top of everything. He did explain that the entry fees exact price is not listed on Viator because they will not let him list them. But just to let you know it is between 130 and 150 total for entry fees per person. also, BRING SMALL BILLS FOR TIPS. The excursions themselves were fun! Bring water shoes, a towel, and a change of clothes. also suggest a waterproof case so you can take your own photos! your tour guides will also take your photos using your phone they are vert helpful. It’s very wrong to give JUST THE PRICE FOR TRANSPORTATION!!!! I was assuming the price you gave was for the excursions you mentioned . Why did you specify horse riding, tubing, rafting, and blue hole when the price you mentioned was just for transportation. VERY DECEIVING!!!!

We came to a mutual understanding and I personally issued a full refund back to your original form of payment due to the fact you weren't satisfied with the fare quotes provided upon booking. We welcome every possible feedback that we can get as we are a growing business that wishes to do more for all future guest that we will come in contact with however at no point in time was the information provided deceiving as the information was clearly outlined to all our customers upon booking. Andre is an amazing tour guide! He was very personable and made sure the entire day was enjoyable. He brought a smile to all our faces and made us laugh from start to finish. I would definitely recommend!
