We had a great experience with this transportation service. They arrived on time, got us to our destination safely, and the driving was smooth and professional throughout the trip. The vehicle was comfortable, clean & smelled really nice and everything went as expected. We would definitely use their service again and recommend them to others looking for reliable transportation.
VERY POOR EXPERIENCE!! You have been warned, DO NOT BOOK THIS!!!! I messaged through the app and called via WhatsApp several times while waiting and an agent repeatedly called the driver for over 30 minutes. Someone even went over to check on the spot he usually waits in and he wasn’t there!!! We waited over a hour before we found an alternative. This merchant and viator are both refusing to give a refund, VERY POOR SERVICE!!

My driver was so lively and informative. I learned so much about Jamaica and loved the views. Definitely will consider booking again the next time i go to Jamaica.
I can’t really review the company because the driver did not show up as scheduled. The regular airport taxi was fine.

Great driver, was on time and got us to and from the airport safe. I really enjoyed using this service.
Fast service but had too chase the service. No one was waiting for us. We didn’t like chasing down to find the ride. I really didn’t like that other rides were waiting with their names . We had to ask other people to get our ride. Someone should be waiting for us with our names

The driver, Sean, was great. He was engaging, had good music, and the van was very clean. The only issue we had was trying to locate the company when we arrived at the airport. I suggest the sign is clear and visible. The person holding the sign had it down and it wasn’t visible while navigating through the crowd. We had to ask someone and they assisted us locate the person. Another suggestion perhaps prior to arrival is for a message to be sent to advise how to identify the company at the airport. Pick up was easy as driver came to lobby and was right on time.
