Best way to see the island! Opt for the door off.......but be sure to dress for cold high winds! A lightweight jacket is NOT enough! Lance is a great tour guide...funny...safety first....and sure can park that copter on a dime. Jackie in the office is super sweet.
Where do I even begin!! From beginning to end this was hands down my favorite experience on our week long trip! One tip: be aware that the weather changes constantly here, the day we booked turned out to be a bad weather day so we were given the option to reschedule or take a different route. We decided on getting what we could get and STILL was so incredible. Our greeter, Malia, was so sweet and answered our million questions and set our minds at ease as we were a little nervous as first timers. Our pilot, Aaron was awesome, told us so much about the land and still gave us our hour time slot. The experience of seeing the land from above is like no other! Truly truly 1000/10. We will be adding helicopter rides to our trips from here on!

Loved our doors-off helicopter tour. Came to Hawaii for our 60th anniversary. Hearing others’ comments, I expected a somewhat scary and exhilarating ride. But it was peaceful and relaxing. Mike, our pilot, pointed out all the landmarks and explained everything he was doing. Because of weather, we couldn’t tour the North Shore, which was disappointing, but we were glad to see the rest. We were on an inter-island cruise and were only at port on Oahu, so this was our way of seeing the Island. It was our last day before we flew home.
It was great. The pilot was very nice and friendly. He explained all the places to us. The flight was an amazing experience.
