Nice day trip, other trips with wine knowledge may be better. It was great to not have to drink and drive. Our driver was friendly and helpful, but didn’t know much about wineries or which would be best for us.

In All vehicles are comfortable and as mentioned Safe option to get around to avoid DUIs while visiting Washington. Thanks
The vehicle was 45 minutes late. The driver didn’t know how to turn on the music until after the first stop. The time was made up at the end of the trip. Thank you. I had to call the wineries and change reservations. The driver got lost even after the address was clear the day before.
Appreciate the opportunity serving you day of event. Just know we try our best to please our customers and keep time in mind. Although late, we reached out ahead of time and made sure your plans were still lining up. At time of conversation dispatch was told vehicle will make your reservation time and you agreed to more time at the end and on top of that little extra time was given. Every angle we try and come up with a solution quickly and make a solid ending to the situation. The beginning pickup was noted a little dif than most with it being in a hospital parking lot area rather than residence or hotel so that i can see loosing few minutes locating you. Our apologies on delayed music but in most cases passengers bluetooth the technology and it works great so glad that was addressed and you were able to party on and enjoy your rental time. If allowed we will try better next time around :o)
When I booked this trip as a "Woodinville wine tour" I was under the impression that the wine tour would be organized for us. Turns out that the $450 fee ONLY covered the drive to Woodinville and back. We didn't understand until the night before that this was really just a ride, not a tour at all. We ended up making our own reservations and had a nice time but this would have been MUCH cheaper if we had just booked an uber.
Hello, sorry you were not completely happy with the Booking of this ride for your tour. We try to be completely clear in the description that this is for a luxury chauffeured ride/vehicle to the winery area. Since COVID happened things have been different down there and many wineries require reservations prior and also some people desire to see only a certain few of the wineries. We do have a list of ones we send out that are most popular, but it's impossible to schedule them for you especially when you'll like one more than the other. Depending on any given day, some are closed so what we do is provide the greatest transportation we could to limit the drinking and driving and enjoy the Limo experience. Your booking was for an SUV and we sent a Mercedes Sprinter instead to make the trip more fun. The first thing people mention is Uber when it comes to a quick ride BUT Believe me they're not always reliable to store items collected along the way. What about your belongings that would be left behind between wineries. Would you trust it with a Uber? Would the same trusted driver come back for you or be waiting to deliver you to next spot at moments notice? We know it's hard to please everybody but you got to understand we try. If there's something fair we could do to keep a smile on your face please reach out and we will accommodate. Happy New Year!
Driver was very nice, but not especially vocal. The car wasn’t a limo but an SUV with a cramped 3rd row.
Darnell was wonderful. He made our first trip to Seattle fun and enjoyable. He was amenable, friendly, knowledgeable and witty. We enjoyed seeing the many wineries, cultural sites and lush landscapes. We can’t wait to come back!
