Hold øje med en fantastisk udsigt og nyd det spektakulære naturlandskab under dit eventyr. Udforsk junglen og mangroverne på Yucatan-halvøen, mens du kører din egen ATV og trodser bølgerne i det Caribiske Hav i en enestående Wave Runner og nyder de majestætiske omgivelser. Sendte spændingen på Maroma Beach, der betragtes som en af de smukkeste i verden. Kør en Wave Runner gennem critalina-vandet i det mexicanske Caribien, og føl den salte brise. Everything was amazing! Pick up was very punctual. Atv’s were fun but a little slower than I would’ve liked but the jet skis were amazing, fast and fun!
Horrible experience with this tour company! If I can give zero stars I would .. they cancelled my friends booking the day before the excursion was to take place with no real explanation why. Wouldnt let her rebook or reschedule. We were two women traveling alone so I asked if I could just cancel my reservation because they were not accommodating to my friend at all and I didn’t feel comfortable going alone. The tour supervisor said yes and I could get a refund I just have to reach out to Viator. I reached out to Viator who said they’ll have to send a refund request to the tour company. I called them back and told them that Viator sent them a request that they need to approve. He claimed he had not received it yet and that it takes 24 hours and that they’ll approve it when received. A couple hours later I get a email from Viator that the request was denied .. I called the tour company and told them my request was denied. They were EXTREMELY rude and kept lying saying that it was Viator who didn’t approve the request. I contacted Viator who advised that the tour company told them I was a no call no show and that they tried to reschedule my friend excursion but she didn’t want to do that. I told the rep at Viator I have a recording of the tour guide telling me that it was them who denied the request. I also have a video recording of our conversation that the tour guide said I will receive a refund after they get the refund request from Viator. Viator resubmitted the request and I called the tour company back again and this time he was even more rude .. I asked to speak with a manager and they said no I need to speak with Viator and hung up. My request was denied again but I sent the video proof to my CC company to dispute the fee. I will never do business with these people again and if you try your luck make sure to use a CC so you too can receive your money back if they try to scam you as well.

We had booked the tour for 2.30 p.m. The venue is a huge facility for tourists with camels and a dolphin pool. After we arrived, we were shown the lockers and told to wait on the beach for other participants. The quad tour is designed for absolute beginners. The first 3 km are on a paved road and you look at two alligators in a pond. Then you go back the same way and then drive on sandy paths in the jungle. You are not allowed to take photos yourself. There is a photographer on site for that. Afterwards we went straight onto the Waverunner with another guest and two guides. Since this was our first time, we didn't rush as fast as the other guest, so we were left behind very quickly and had no contact with the guides. We didn't feel safe as a result. When we wanted to eat and look at our photos afterwards, the facility had already closed. Since we had booked a 3-hour experience starting at 2.30 p.m., we were very surprised that the shop closed at 5 p.m. We got no food and a WhatsApp number from the photographer who wanted 150 USD for the pictures. All in all not worth the money.

I remember then not printing my coupons for the drinks & food then one of the ladies being disrespectful about them not telling me then but me not having enough time to use them. Also I was charged more peso’s per dollar when buying photos. The exchange rate is 17 peso per dollar not 20 per dollar. The atv tour was good, the wave runner was good but they could learn to keep a better watch on the beginner drivers. Meeting they need more then just 2 guides out there.

I had a blast on this trip. The jet skis and the ATVs are guided, but you cover a lot of ground, so it was perfect for me. All of the vehicles were new and in working order and the tour guides were great with explaining everything in detail.

The tour guys were awesome But the trail was wack and just Circle. I expected more And I also need a refund for Half of it because we didn’t do the jet ski. Weather didn’t allowed it Bud ok overall
