VELKOMMEN TIL MIN KOKKS BORD Jeg er Ladislav, ung, entusiastisk kok, der elsker at gøre andre glade med mad. Jeg arbejdede i adskillige bedste Michelin-restauranter i Europa og var vært for en række vellykkede pop-up-smagningsarrangementer i mange lande. Jeg deltog også med succes i snesevis af nationale eller internationale kokkekonkurrencer. Arbejdede eller iscenesat i køkkener i Østrig, England, Grækenland og Malta. Mine gæster er rigtig begejstrede for 10-retters menuen. Mange af dem tøver ikke med at sammenligne niveauet med en middag på en Michelin-restaurant. I øjeblikket er jeg en af de bedst bedømte kokke, der er vært for en mad og drikke Airbnb-oplevelse i Prag. Mine retter er kreative, spændende og fulde af smag, med fokus på det centraleuropæiske køkken. Den er baseret på traditionelle råvarer, f.eks. rige varianter af grøntsager, svampe, hjemmelavede oste og lokalt og udvalgt kød.

Everything about the 10 course dinner was outstanding from the pre-arrival communication by the chef to the beautifully and very flavorful and fresh plates served!
This is a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Every course was delightful and amazingly thought out. 15/10 we have to come back and do this again!!

This was a food lovers dream experience. The chef was personable and talented and every course was thoughtful and delicious and unique. All of the spice levels were spot on and each course used elevated ingredients. The dessert was truly artistic and beautiful to see. The chef was also very helpful in obtaining return transportation for us. It's a once in a lifetime experience that I highly recommend.

Ladislav is an amazing host and an incredibly experienced chef with an impressive résumé. We joked, laughed, and talked throughout most of the meal—his personality is infectious and full of warmth. He truly goes the extra mile to ensure you have everything you need during the experience. The 10 courses? Genuinely unbelievable. The variety, the flavours, the textures—everything was beyond any scale I’ve experienced before. While we came for the exceptional food, we stayed for an unforgettable evening with Ladislav.
