Your frustration with the government provide location, which we understand however, it is way better and more meaningful to bring your disagreement to the tourism department in the Northwest Territories rather than holding the tour operator who had a successful tour this particular night. Also, the tour you booked was an aurora by bus tour, also known as an aurora chasing tour or aurora hunting and the motive is to find auroras. To avoid the crowded areas with other companies and individual rental cars, we also work with providers of private, secluded areas and spots with limited guests and no light pollution at a different cost, as mentioned on our website. We have at least 6 different types and locations, and themes of aurora tours, and we will be happy to host you again in the future. Regards

We also appreciate you sharing your concerns. The aurora viewing locations used during our regular tours are public viewing areas and are shared by other tour operators and independent visitors. Since tourism is increasing sharply in Yellowknife, with limited seats to book in any tour and also creates some challenge to do photography; however, we will try if we can find some areas where our groups could be taken for aurora viewing, which could be a little more secluded locations. Regarding the refreshments, our regular tour includes a small serving of hot chocolate and a cookie, and we will let our guide know to carry more Hot water for the Hot Chocolate and also cookies to offer to our guests. Also, as usual, we will keep providing free pictures and also free souvenirs such as Aurora Postcards as complimentary during this tour. The lakes and public viewing areas used on any Aurora chasing tours same as any tour companies during Aurora chasing tours, these lakes are government / public locations and are not owned or controlled by our company. These areas are open to everyone, including other tour operators and independent visitors travelling by rental car and it can become quite busy during peak Aurora times. We would appreciate if you could provide your reciew to the Northwest territories tourism about the crowded lake parkings who manage the lakes and parkings instead of providing us a poor rating because of the crowded parkings, we simply do not own any lakes or parkings or viewing points same as any tour operator. We suggest contacting the government of the Northwest Territories tourism for the particular issue as above since rhia issue is something which is manageable by the government rather than a tour operator providing aurora chasing tour. We will be very glad to know the tour description as per our itinerary, in the end of this message. Also, during the peak autumn Aurora season, these popular viewing locations can become quite busy, particularly on nights when Aurora activity is expected to be favorable. We completely understand that a busy viewing location may not provide the quiet or private atmosphere that some guests prefer, however those are general open to public locations during aurora chasing tour same as any aurora chasing tour provided by any company and it is common to see many bus and rental cars during aurora chasing tours since everyone is chasing the aurora and are not going to any private land. For guests looking for a more exclusive and personalized experience, we offer several different Aurora viewing options as seen on our website, including private and venue-based experiences. These experiences are designed for guests who prefer smaller groups, a more secluded setting, and a more personalized and quiter atmosphere. Aurora viewing conditions and the availability of private locations can also vary considerably depending on the season and demand. During peak periods, private venues can become fully booked well in advance since these have a little number of seats. While we cannot control public or government-managed parking areas, visitor numbers, or the natural Aurora conditions, we do appreciate your feedback regarding the facilities and capacity at these popular viewing locations same as in case of any other such as; Banff or Jasper common viewing points. Visitor feedback to the Government only can help highlight the need for additional viewing areas and infrastructure as Northern Lights tourism continues to grow in the Northwest Territories. We suggest you must contact industry tourism Northwest territories to provide your feedback instead of rating Us and this tour based on public parking and viewing points. We also hope it is helpful to clarify that the experience you booked was our Aurora chasing tour, rather than a private or venue-based Aurora experience. An Aurora chasing tour is designed to give guests the opportunity to follow the best available viewing conditions using accessible public viewing locations. A private or venue-based experience provides a different atmosphere and is more suitable for guests who specifically prefer a quieter and more exclusive setting. Of course, the appearance, strength, movement, and visibility of the Aurora itself are natural phenomena and cannot be controlled by any tour operator. The Aurora conditions on a particular night are therefore shared by everyone viewing the Northern Lights in the area. At the same time, we are happy that our guide and driver worked through this evening to provide the experience as described in our tour information. We pickup and drop off free of cost from everywhere in the City of Yellowknife including a Hotel or a BnB, also provided the high-resolution Aurora photographs taken during the tour at no additional charge and without our company watermark or logo, as well as complimentary Aurora postcards as souvenirs.
