HISTORIE MØDER IKONISKE SPISER OG STYLSKE BOUTIQUES NoLita ("North of Little Italy") ligger på den slidte sti mellem SoHo og Little Italy, hvor gamle NY charme mødes med moderne downtown cool. Mens vi vandrer gennem kvarterets træfyldte gader, vil din ekspertguide servere historier, skjulte landemærker, den rige indvandrerhistorie og de lækre skjulte perler, som vi elsker, hvilket gør dette til en af de mest varierede madoplevelser i byen. *SIDENDE INDENDØRS SMAGNING* Lad os tage din gane med på en tur på en populær vietnamesisk fusionsrestaurant, der serverer riscrepe-tacos fyldt med klassiske vietnamesiske fyld som citrongræskylling og syltede grøntsager!
Vi går en tur langs restaurantrækken "Little Italy" foret med klassiske røde sauce-jobs, hvor vi sælger middagstilbud og importerede italienske produkter i specialbutikker, lærer om vores yndlingssteder og hvor vi kan spise.
Pakket med importeret direkte fra Spanien laver denne cafe og markedsplads deres lækre Chorizo i huset, som vi prøver som en Bocadila toppet med manchego ost og ristet. Gennemse 100-vis af andre spanske produkter, som de importerer direkte fra som imberico-skinke, dåsefisk, snacks og oste for at lave smukke festbakker og picnic-pålæg.
Prøv en af NYCs smukkeste og lækreste chokoladebon bon's, der tager 3 dage at lave i hånden fra en chokoladefabrikant, der har arbejde på nogle af NYCs bedste restauranter.
Vi starter vores madtur på en af vores yndlings kvindeejede caféer i Nolita, hvor vi smager deres hjemmelavede italienske regnbuekage, den perfekte måde at starte en madtur på!

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Robin. Not only were the bites delicious (and very filling), the ambiance and character of the restaurant/storefronts we enjoyed them at reflected the tastes perfectly. It really enhanced the experience. One of my favorite food tours! Bert was amazing with his knowledge and history of the city. I would highly recommend if you want to experience a taste of great food and the culture of New York’s famous Mom and Pop authenticity!

This food tour was absolutely wonderful! At first I was a little skeptical when I heard it was a food tour of Little Italy. I thought it would be all pasta and pizza but I was so pleasantly surprised when it ended up being a beautifully curated mixture of cuisines. Our tour guide Robin was so knowledgeable and entertaining the entire time. You could really tell how passionate she was about the places she took us and the food she had us try. Everything was so delicious and I can’t wait to be able to take my friends and family back to some of my new favorite places!

Bert was an amazing guide. The walk was beautiful but not strenuous. The food was wonderful. Absolutely worth the cost, you get so much food. It lasted the full 3 hours so we had time to enjoy both the walk and the ambiance of the restaurants.

Bert was so amazing and knowledgeable. He was kind and always making sure everyone was together and safe. He was so accommodating and made sure our food allergies were addressed. The restaurants were so tasty. I’ll definitely be going back to some of these places. The walk was easy enough that even though one of us needed to use a cane because of an injury it was still 100% doable.

Bert was an experienced and knowledgeable guide. Knew our names before the tour even started. Had a relationship with each food location which was a real benefit. You enjoy ALOT of food. All kinds of food. Alcohol available at every stop. Food was amazing. Make no dinner plans!! Very easy walking and a great neighborhood. Easy to access from subway.

The food in NoLita was fabulous and Robin was a great guide. Highly recommend visiting this tour with friends of family. Be familiar with The Godfather though :-)
