Nicaragua er et smukt land, ejer af en meget rig kultur og en historie fuld af stolthed og svære minder. Rejsen starter meget tidligt om morgenen for at undgå kø ved grænse. På den anden side vil der være et stop i Rivas City for at spise morgenmad. Så vil du besøg byen Masaya for at se dens aktive vulkan til solnedgang for at se magmaen. Det er en af de få vulkaner i verden, hvor du kan køre hele vejen til toppen. Our tour guide David and our driver Chico did an amazing job. We toured several towns and landmarks in Nicaragua. The tour was very informative. I was highly impressed by the Nicaraguan hospitality and culture.

Unforgettable Day Trip to Nicaragua – Thanks to Sandino & Jordan! I booked the Nicaragua day tour through Nexus Tours in Guanacaste, and it was one of the best experiences of my trip! Gerry made booking easy and friendly, and the day itself was perfectly organized. Our guide, Sandino, was outstanding — knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about sharing Nicaragua’s history and culture. He handled the border crossings smoothly and kept us informed and entertained from start to finish. Our driver, Jordan, was calm, professional, and made the long drive feel effortless. The itinerary was fantastic — from the stunning views at Catarina, the awe-inspiring Masaya Volcano, and the colonial charm of Granada (including a lovely carriage ride), to visits at a chocolate factory, cigar shop, and a peaceful boat tour on Lake Nicaragua. Lunch was delicious and beautifully served in a charming courtyard setting. It was a long day, but every moment was filled with beauty, culture, and fun. I felt safe, cared for, and inspired throughout. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Costa Rica who wants a rich cultural adventure in Nicaragua. Leo was an absolute pleasure to speak to and he had Miguel come pick us up at our hotel, right on time. He and his driver were so nice and knowledgeable and we enjoyed every single second of our experience and I definitely think we saw so much more then we would have had on our own. 100% would book another experience with them and 100% recommend them!

Asked me to change dates, which I did, then cancelled the night before - at 7 pm when i reached out. No regard to whether I could book another trip. Am sure it’s part of the business but I wouldn’t count on him.
We called you with no answer also we can not go to Nicaragua with one person it cost to much money to go to another country. My apologizies.
It was a little intimidating at first walking across the boarder but truly was worth it! Amazing trip. I saw so many interesting things.

It is a long day with a lot of travelling but well worth it. You visit the real Nicaragua rather than just the tourist spots . From volcanoes & viewpoints to lakes and old towns you see a lot in one day! Our guide Keke was brilliant
A great way to experience a country in a day, while seeing a lot and not feeling rushed! The Volcano in Masaya was by far my favorite, around sunset you get to experience the lava flow! Lastly, I recommend taking the tour closer to Liberia upon arrival, as it is closer to the Nicaraguan border.
Great customer service. Small group Loved it! Great meals included-tour guide was excellent/Country was impressive- lower price items Really liked our driver. Ate Breakfast on Lake Nicaragua-very nice. Went on boat tour on Lake more north and it was awesome/lots of islands with houses there-Granada was very historic/chocolate factory there very nice-restaurant there for lunch/yum. Next to overlook of inactive volcano that is now a lake/awesome- then to active volcano! Really awesome Long drive back to Tamarindo but GREAT Day
