Our driver was great. He was helpful and funny. He was on time early actually. Got us to the airport in lots of time.

Both our drivers were excellent and very professional. We took this service to and from the airport.

We had a departure from our Airbnb at 3:00 AM in the morning for MSY. The driver was ahead of time and we arrived really early to the airport. Very professional driver and also very professional dispatcher.

I did not receive a phone call the day before my transport. When I finally was able to get someone on the chat, they said my trip was the day before. There was no communication and it was very frustrating to not even be given a phone number to call.

Good communication. The driver is on time and called ahead of time to make sure of the meeting point.

We traveled to New Orleans for a family member’s wedding. Just like our Viator service from the airport to the hotel the return to the airport was just as enjoyable. Our driver was early and waited patiently while the 10 of us checked out of the hotel. Our driver was safe and got us to the airport as expected. I definitely would use Viator again. They were exactly what you expect from a transportation service at a very reasonable price. Tom L.

This was a great way to get a group of 14 back and forth from the airport to our hotel. Great music made the trip even better

We paid for transportation from our hotel to the airport and the experience was awful. When we scheduled the time with the lady in the phone she told me that we couldn’t pick an earlier time to be picked up. We wanted to be sure that we arrived to the airport in time and were able to check any bags etc. so we settled for a later time than we wanted. Then the day comes for transport comes and we had received no call or text like they say they will if there is a delay etc. so I have to call multiple times to find out what’s going on, at this point we call and ask for a refund but the manager (who doesn’t have voicemail setup-sketch) was on a “very important call and couldn’t talk” - probably another customer complaint I imagine at this point. So we made other arrangements and our driver with the new company was there within 5 minutes. I requested a refund and was given a partial refund of $20 okie of the $100 paid. I CANNOT URGE YOU ENOUGH TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. We were advised by the hotel to use Uber or Lyft to start with. Should have listened. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache of using this company. Customer was not any better.

Style and Cleanliness of the vehicle; friendliness of the drivers, Gerald & Reggie. Reggie even stopped at a Café du Monde on the way to the airport that we didn't even know was there! And then retrieved a cell phone we left behind at the resort and brought it back out to the airport before our flight left! Great dependable service all around. . .

Our driver was prompt and courteous and was very knowledgeable of the area. He made us feel relaxed and at home.
