Vi bruger typisk omkring 30 minutter+ her for at se filmstedet for middelalderklostret plus den middelalderlige firkant og mure plus kapellet, hallen og haverne. Entré til en værdi af £8 per person er inkluderet i billetten.
Adgang er ikke inkluderet, men vi diskuterer biblioteket og hvad der blev filmet derude, og kunderne kan vælge at komme ind på Divinity skolens filmwebsted for kun £ 2,50 i slutningen af turen, hvis de ønsker det, som vi normalt ender her udenfor det.

Oxford er IKKE bilvenlig, og det er overbelastede veje og svært at finde parkeringspladser....medmindre du parkerer ved skiltet 'park and rides' i udkanten af byen på enhver større vej ind til byen og hopper på deres busser ind til byen centrum. Park and ride-busserne afgår hvert 15. eller hvert 30. minut og tager alt fra 10 minutter til 30 minutter (afhængigt af trafikken) for at nå byens centrum. Så hvis du skal køre, så antag venligst, at du skal sigte efter at parkere din bil cirka en time før din tur starter.

We did a private tour as a family with Michiel from visit Oxford Tours and that was super educational and fun. Definitely recommended!! We thought it would be in English but michiel is Dutch so that was a pleasant surprise. Michiel keep it up it was definitely advisable he could tell a lot. greetings fam. Raaijman

Despite the rainy, gloomy weather, our 2-hour Oxford University Harry Potter walking tour with Michael was absolutely fantastic. He didn’t just show us the filming locations — he connected the Harry Potter universe to the real history of Oxford, the Exeter College tradition, and the literary roots that shaped the city. Michael also wove in fascinating details about other authors like Lewis Carroll and J.R.R. Tolkien, which gave the whole experience so much depth. We visited the Divinity School, the Bodleian Library, Blackwell’s Bookshop, and even the historic Turf Tavern, each stop adding another layer to the story. Michael kept us engaged the entire time, quizzing us on our general Harry Potter knowledge and bringing the magic of the books to life. It was educational, enchanting, and genuinely memorable. Thank you, Michael, for such an incredible tour!

We took a tour of Oxford with Natasha: competent guide, very nice and prepared. He introduced us to hidden sides of the city, fantastic Harry Potter locations and told us the story of Oxford and its colleges, in Italian. We recommend it especially to Italians because it is not easy to find tour guides who speak so well.

We took a private guided tour in French. Our guide for this tour was Naima. Very easy to contact, she was very available for communication before the visit. During the visit, Naima was a wonderful and resourceful guide, very interesting whether through her general culture on the history and functioning of D’oOxford University colleges or her knowledge of the Harry Potter universe imagined by JK. Rowling. Our 12-year-old son loved this visit, it is his best memory of our trip to London and Oxford. I can only recommend this visit led by Naima to discover Oxford!!!

Our guide, Alasdair, was superb. He is extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to spend time with. He geared the tour to adults, which we all were, and imparted a great deal of information in terms of JK Rowling and Harry Potter, as well as Oxford history, who’s who and where to dine and grab a pint!

We did a guided Harry Potter tour with Sebastian with my group of 25 Italian students aged 12-16, and it was absolutely fantastic! Sebastian showed up dressed in the typical black Oxford student cape and magic wand. He also brought with him ties from various Harry Potter houses and a talking hat. The guided tour was very pleasant and with simple language. Sebastian brought photographs of the various Harry Potter scenes filmed at the university and gave prize stickers to the boys who answered correctly. He even managed to fulfill our wish to enter New College last minute. Grazie Sebastian, un tour davvero magico!

Our guide, Harry - incidentally- was great! An Oxford native, he had lots of stories and background as well as a lot of energy and enthusiasm. Tons of Potter trivia. Tour was insightful as well as fun!!

My family and I did the Christ Church College and Harry Potter tour with Ben. Alasdair was very kind in accomodating our timing to provide a private tour for my family and Ben was an excellent guide. He was very mindful that we had three kids of different ages and ensured that we were always engaged in what he had to say and show us. He catered the tour specifically to what we wanted to know (which was a lot!) and was very patient. He also gave us additional infotmation on other things we could do with our kids given the different ages of our children which we were very grateful for. Thank you Ben for your patience and sharing your knowledge with us.
