Nautisk safari i Tigre Biosphere Reserve

Beskrivelse

That was the highlight of the trip. It is indescribably beautiful when you come directly from the greater Buenos Aires area over the river into the delta and feel like you are in another country. Lautaro can answer all questions about the delta and tailors the tour to your wishes. What he has to share is super interesting. The flora and fauna are very impressive. A fantastic balance to the city. Absolutely recommended if you are in Buenos Aires.
Beautiful scenery and local life - we learned and saw alot. Fun excursion outside the city. Better than the mass boat tours but there's not much else in Tigre. Found the shopping and restaurants lacking in town but that doesn't detract from the tour itself. Easy Uber ride from BA, 20-28k ARS. The departure dock is very isolated and difficult to find. My Uber was concerned about dropping us off in the middle of nowhere with no signage. Father and son operation but it seems to be a side gig as they are both usually teachers so the tour may not go everyday even though it is listed as such.
I was blown away by this tour of the Tigre Delta, it had amazing views and such a genuine person to teach you about it. It became my absolute favorite day in Argentina!! What stands out about this tour is the local guide who quickly became a new friend, Sergio! He was incredibly knowledgeable, funny, down to earth, and friendly. I speak intermediate/advanced level of Spanish and could converse with him very easily. Even my husband who doesn’t speak Spanish could understand some of the things he explained because he spoke slowly and clearly with many hand gestures. We learned so much about the delta!! He took the two of us for a 4.5 hr private tour, a “nautical safari” on the delta. Because the boat is small, we got to navigate the tiny remote canals the large boats can’t get to and see the houses on stilts along the river. He pointed out all of the cool animals/birds, plants, and old abandoned ships along the way and explained the local way of life. It seems to be a pretty quaint peaceful life. We stopped for lunch at a local restaurant on the river. Sergio is a professor and former tango instructor and insisted on teaching us the basic steps of tango while we waited for lunch- how fun!! 💃🏻 the tour is very customizable, he gives you options for things to do like stop for a swim in the summer or hike if you want! we made a short stop at his house to see an example of the inside of the homes. We then stopped for a quick hike through a bamboo forest and headed back to the dock. He took some great pictures for us as well! A very special day, we will miss you Sergio!! At $120 USD per person it was very cheaply priced for the value, I highly recommend booking with safari náutico!
We had a great time with Lautaro during our Tigre excursion. He molded the excursion exactly to what we wanted to do and was able to share his knowledge of the delta’s history, culture, and ecology. I’ve done other Tigre tours before, more geared towards mass tourism. If you need something specialized, I would recommend this type of tour instead.
Lautaro absolutely blew us away with his knowledge of Argentina and the Tigre Delta. He speaks excellent English and provided an experience that was the highlight of our trip. Lautaro is very responsive via WhatsApp which helped us know what to expect and to come prepared. I cannot recommend this tour enough! Our three children loved visiting the sandbar and learning about the local birds and wildflowers. Lautaro weaves history, culture, and nature together in this beautiful tour of Argentina’s Tigre Delta. He helped us experience Argentina as only a local can. 5/5 stars! We will definitely do this again if we ever find ourselves back in Argentina.
A very nice discovery with the kindness of Sergio and his wife for a private discovery. Rudimentary but effective boat passes everywhere. Excursion to do
BEST TOUR!!! Our captain and guide were the most wonderful father son duo who expertly cruised us around Rio de la Plata and more. They pointed out different animal and plant species and took us to lunch off the beaten path at a fantastic family run local restaurant where we had incredible empanadas, and even had an impromptu tango lesson! A truly beautiful day, spent with wonderful people. A MUST DO when visiting Buenos Aires! 10/10
We had a really fun and interesting day in the Delta. We sail through rivers and streams where catamarans do not go and cross the Paraná de las Palmas to visit the protected area (biosphere reserve). The peace that transmits the environment is immense! Sergio knows the region very well and will tell you very interesting things about the area, as well as being a very nice person. It is a highly recommended tour and worth repeating!
We didn’t want to get to know the area with a large group on a large boat, but to discover this incredibly beautiful place as a family. On the Internet we happened to encounter Nautical Safari and the positive and personal opinions aroused our interest. Wow, it was worth it. It was our last day in Buenos Aires and Argentina, and Sergio, with his passion for the area and his boat, provided us with unforgettable memories. Nature is wonderful and the excursion is adapted to every type of person and preference, so that everyone comes home with a big smile on their face and wanting to stay longer. Sergio is a very cheerful and incredibly nice person, and his joy and enthusiasm are infectious. We are infinitely grateful for the wonderful day we spent in Tigre and will remember it very fondly for a long, long time. Jacqueline (Germany)
Incredible place full of nature, these small boats of no more than 5 or 6 people go deep into the delta between willows and lianas, at times we must bend down to pass, the guide Sergio incredible, allowed us to swim to lunch and ...discover it you move to your air
