Du vil gå rundt i helligdommen med en guide for at opleve alle dyrene i det og virkelig få oplevelsen 'ud af Afrika'. Afhængigt af gæsten er vi i stand til at tilpasse vandrestien, hvis gæsten gerne vil gå eller slappe af i længere tid. Der er også dækgynger på træer, for at underholde børnene (eller voksne). Dette er det tætteste du nogensinde kommer på giraffer og strudse uden nogen vægge/hegn imellem!

Great proximity to the animals. Tour guide was pleasant but left us for 20min to guide another group without asking or clarifying, just told us to rest and then we saw him with the other group. Also a little concerned about some of the animal’s care. Many of the ostriches had plucked out patches of their feathers. Otherwise the animals looked good and at ease. However some of the patrons were also picking up the tortoises and rough handling them a little bit with it anyone to oversee.
We met our guide, Omar, at the sanctuary and started the walking tour of the grounds. Previous to this, we completed two national park tours in Kenya via a pop up type Jeep. Let me say this, you will not get as close to any animals in the national parks as you will here. Giraffes will pass feet away from you. Ostriches will let you touch/pet them. Groups of antelopes are a little skittish but you can still get near them. Tour took less than 90 minutes. Omar was magnificent. Pointed out various bird species, animal tracks and shared his knowledge of the sanctuary and animals. I promise this will be an unforgettable experience.
It was a great place to experience the animals up close. The guide was good at explaining about the animals.

The Nature walk with the animals was amazing. The giraffe were so beautiful up close. I had an amazing experience .
The park is beautiful and being in such close proximity to the giraffes was incredible. The sanctuary seems to be doing good work for the animals and the local community. Hopefully they will continue to improve regarding animal welfare, e.g. not permitting tortoises to be handled by either guides or visitors. We were fortunate to spend two days in Mombasa with Titus as our driver and guide. As two women travelling together it was lovely to have someone so respectful and considerate of us showing us the sights and sounds. He went out of his way to cater for our requests and nothing was too much trouble for him. WHEN we return to Kenya we will be requesting Titus as our guide. He's a star 🌟
We were awed by the sight of the giraffes, particularly the baby who was born 5 weeks ago. Omar our guide took us to all the spots where the animals are roaming free.
A long-overdue review (apologies, Sham!). Our experience with T4P was fantastic from beginning to end. We were warmly welcomed with a car stocked full of snacks (including Kenyan chevdo and drinks) and taken seamlessly to our safari and nature walk. Sham and the guides were incredibly attentive - always available to answer questions and truly went above and beyond to make the trip special. Everything was reasonably priced compared to other providers, and the accommodation was a great choice - sustainable and perfectly immersed in nature. The 3-day trip was unforgettable, and we couldn’t recommend T4P more highly.
Walked alone, only with the guide, through the beautiful terrain. Without rushing. If I was interested in anything, I was given as much time as I wanted. The guide will help me take the picture. The animals have a lot of space and are free. It was like a safari on foot! Recommended!
We had a great day, Tyson was a brilliant tour guide. We combined the giraffe tour with a tuc tuc city tour and drop off to/from hotel. Organisation was great and we were whatsapped all the details for reassurance. We felt we were supporting a great ethical company that looked after its guides. We saw all the main parts of Mombasa and didn’t feel rushed. We could tailor it towards what we wanted to do and see so very flexible.
