This was an awesome experience. The hot springs felt wonderful and our tour guide Sergio was amazing. I’d love to do this again when we come back to Costa Rica!

What a lovely place. Visited with new friends on a retreat. Took advantage of the mud bath, the fabulous waterfall (currently in a drought but the gentle fall of the existing water was lovely), and the hot springs pools. Beautiful garden-like setting is peaceful, relaxing, very clean and well maintained. I told our retreat leaders the only thing that would have made this experience better is if we could have planned a full day here rather than a 1/2 day. Staff was very helpful, polite and personable to our widely ranged age group. I hope to visit CR again and to have the opportunity to come back to experience more here!

Overall beautiful experience. Ut the tour guide left us to do another tour Told us to meet at 12pm for lunch and get together with the others . But it never happened he and the others came at 2pm to eat. And then went on other tour. Meanwhile we were waiting for the tour guide omgggg. I was told meet up. Not again. Communication is key. And it lack it. Disappointed 😞

What an experience and the tour and explanation that Jose gave about their culture was truly wonderful. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the lunch was top notch. Authentic home cooked meal. I would definitely recommend.

Our day with Rincon was a really good time… even more than I’d anticipated beforehand. From our shuttle driver, Mark, to the desk attendants and bartenders/servers, we were treated attentively with polite, friendly professionalism. Each activity I took part in was what I needed, from relaxing to exhilarating, fron interesting to delicious. The zip line and water slide got my heart rate up with the speed and views of the forest. The cultural tour brought me closer to the history, and heart and flavor of Costa Rica and its people. My experience with Rincon gave me o nice all-around great day. If I visit Guanacaste again, I will look them up to see what else they have to offer.

Beautiful grounds. Very clean and we'll maintained. The gentleman giving the cultural portion was the best we have had for this. Pools were delightful!! We will definitely go again next year!

We were in Costa Rica 8 yrs ago with our 2 and 4 yr old girls and 14 yr old son and came here with the same guide. We decided our girls would love to experience it again to remember and it was awesome! We used our guide Rigo again and absolutely had the best time again! Highly recommend going!
