We had a great experience on our Osaka to Nara tour. Taka was patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly, making the trip very enjoyable. He was also friendly, respectful, and created a comfortable atmosphere throughout. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends—an excellent guide!

My family had a fantastic tour with our guide, Hiro. The itinerary was very flexible, and she thoughtfully adjusted it to our preferences while offering great recommendations along the way. Hiro is an experienced guide with a wonderful sense of humor—there was never a dull moment throughout the trip. For anyone considering this tour, I highly recommend requesting Hiro. Kazuko is an excellent guide, soft spoken and knowledgeable. She was open to our suggestions through out the day. We had a great day in Nara. I worked with her and added Horyu ji Temple to our itinerary and it was an amazing place.

Nara was amazing!! We enjoyed the beautiful KasugaTaisha Shrine and fed the friendly deer in Nara Park. We had a delicious lunch and then ended at Yakushi-ji Temple. Our guide, Ichiro Fujita, was so knowledgeable and accommodating. He made our day very easy and enjoyable.
Yuka provided an unforgettable experience during our day in Nara. From the bustling Mi・Nara shopping building to the serene Sarusawa Pond, every moment was expertly curated. Yuka's patience, organization, and understanding of our family's needs ensured a seamless journey through Nara's treasures. Her guidance through Nara Park, Todaiji Temple with its majestic Big Buddha, and the cultural delights of Kofukuji Temple left us in awe. Lunch at Yumehiroba was a culinary delight, perfectly complementing our exploration. The visit to Nara Karakuri Omocha no Yakata and Nakatanido for delicious mochi cake added unique and delightful layers to our day. Yuka's dedication to ensuring our satisfaction made this tour truly exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend her for an enriching and fulfilling Nara experience.
Great experience with JGA tour agency providing professional driver and tour guide. Our tour guide Ichiro was very professional and friendly. We had a last minute request to adjust the itinerary due to some family members not feeling well, and Ichiro was very understanding and tried his best to offer the alternative that works best for the rest of the group. But early in the morning when I was heading to your hotel, I got the message - one of your boys had gotten sick. So, I thought of the idea to change itineraries with the day after’s. And quickly I reached the agency and our driver of the day to discuss. And they all were really cooperative. I thought we were one team supporting our guests.
