We had the absolute pleasure of being hosted by Jonathan today! From pick up to drop off the day was incredible and ran so smoothly while being hosted by possibly one of the best guides we’ve ever had! Our expectations were exceeded when it came to just how many animals we would encounter, how close in proximity we would get to be from them, and how much we would learn. Along with the safari we also got to visit orphaned baby elephants and hand feed giraffes at various sanctuaries on the tour. And in addition the trip finished with some traditional kenyan food and a tour of some local crafts. Could not recommend this trip enough to those travelling with limited time in Kenya, the efficiency and abundance of experiences we had in just this one excursions were completely unforgettable. Jonathan was a fantastic guide, with so much knowledge, experience and charisma. Would definitely recommend booking with him specifically if you can!

Very nice, it’s beautiful place you must visit

This experience starts with a game drive through the Nairobi National Park, then visits the Elephant Orphanage and the Giraffe Centre where you have the opportunity to feed the giraffes. Don't be put off by the idea that the National Park is akin to a zoo - it is not. Our guide was knowledgeable and was able to get us into great position to see and photograph animals going about their normal daily business without disturbing them. Not just the Big 5 (we saw all of these except the elusive leopard), but also a genuine zebra crossing, less common animals including a black backed jackal and a serval trotting along the road with her kittens behind. The elephant orphanage is apt to be crowded so grab a vantage point as soon as you arrive - there is no opportunity for interaction with these babies as the ultimate aim is to re-wild them so random human contact is not appropriate. The giraffe centre however is designed for interaction - it's unstructured though and your time with the animals is subject to their whims, so if they all decide to walk away you're left hoping they'll come back! It's very popular and busy. The warthog clean-up team on the ground happily accept any dropped giraffe food.

Harrison and Dennis were an amazing driver/guide duo. Harrison was very knowledgeable about all he animals we saw and where we can go to get the best experiences. At the giraffe center, he made sure we all got the quality pictures and videos we wanted and was able to identify all the animals by name/ tell us about them from his time working there. Dennis was an excellent driver and positioned us to get great views the whole day. Tips: Get your national park ticket online ahead of time (main gate), bring exact change in cash for the elephant and giraffe experience, make sure to tip your amazing driver and guide with KSH or Mpesa

Cultiva Farm Kenya is not a part of this. Totally false advertising. Plus remember this is a group activity so when it finishes you will be stuck in traffic for 2 hours because they have to drop everyone off at the hotels.

This tour was wonderful and full of close encounters thanks to our guide Jonathan. Rhino, Ostrich, Water buffalo, Giraffe, Elephant, Hippo, Croc, Zebra, and all kinds of antelope and birds. We enjoyed time at all three sites. The time at Sheldrick was short but you do get to see the babies come in for a feed. At the Giraffe sanctuary, you get to feed them and see some cute warthogs. It makes for a great day!
