They never showed up. I had to order an uber. I reached out to them several times Vai the app to confirm out pick up day and time. I reach out several times. Never got confirmafiom. So I called viatour customer service who ensured me the driver would be here. I had to take an uber
Very friendly and helpful. Even showed me landmarks as we drove from the airport to my accommodations.
The driver never showed up all. Sent several messages before the date and no response. I have to pay more more worried late at night foreign country, tired from flight. I suggest that you disciplined,/,reprimand them. I hope that they show up on the 12 Oct 2024 @ 8:30am. Fingers crossed. But they do not acknowledge my communications. For the damage not only refund but also the amount I paid for the new taxi
Professional driver and very helpful He helped us loading and unloading our bags and even brought us the cart in the airport
