We also appreciate your honest feedback about the heat and lack of shade that day while waiting to board. We understand that standing in direct sun when temperatures are above 90° can make for an uncomfortable start to the experience and we are reminding our staff to be sure the shade awnings are in place when customers are waiting to board. This is something that should have been provided for the comfort of our customers and we are taking action to ensure it doesn't happen again. We recommend that guests arrive prepared with sunscreen, hats, and plenty of water, especially during the warmer months. Sea Racer is an open-air boat, which provides guests with great 360* views from around the boat but there are covered seating available for those guest who prefer not to be seated in the open.
