Yahya was very accommodating when my flight is cancelled, refunded me although the policy says non refundable, this reflects honesty and integrity. So I booked him again and again my flight was delayed. Guess what, not a problem, he was there on time very welcoming with easy instruction on where to meet. The drive was smooth, safe always within speed limit and stops whenever needed. A perfect car for the trip, nice 4x4 Land Cruiser. I’ve enjoyed the trip with Yahya and had a nice conversations. Thank you so much!

I had to fly in to Oman as I could not fly into Dubai and we took this private car service. I asked for an earlier pick up which was agreed to, the driver was waiting and was very pleasant. I had my passport and my emirates id and the process to cross the border from Oman into the UAE was seamless. The driver Hilpan (I hope I spelled that right) drove at a good speed and got me to my destination safely. We drove in a mini van and it was very spacious and comfortable. He also got me home earlier than expected. I would take this service again. Thank you for getting me home 💕

In this difficult situation and where we have to be back to UAE was quite challenging when there’s no flight to UAE. I’ve to re route my travel ti UAE via Oman. Excellent service. I travelled with Driver Hamad from the team to Ras Al Khaima from Oman airport. The car was clean, excellent AC, the driver was very professional. He brought water and tea and kept asking about if I'm OK. I was able to sleep during the way. I highly recommend their service.

Not an experience I’d like to repeat, we were passed from one driver to the next in the day leading up to the trip not quite sure who would be taking us. In the morning we were picked up by a very nice but completely inexperienced driver who tried his best but ultimately had his father take over and we changed drivers on the freeway. The father was a real professional and he saved the day but the process was not really what we signed up for…
Entering the UAE involves changes and regulations; your driver will always be changed based on their experience to facilitate entry. Unfortunately, despite my assistance and constant communication, I never expected this comment from you.
Whatsapp exchanges to book the transfer very easy. The agency is very responsive and responds immediately. The 5h transfer went very well. Driver on time, nice (he bought us on the road Omani specialties for us to taste) Practical also to be guided across borders Good value for money I recommend this agency!
