It is a fantastic way to explore Mumbai in one’s own pace. Having the comfort of an air conditioned car to go around the main highlights of Mumbai is not just a luxury but a necessity in the heat of this city during the hot months. Cherry on top was our driver Mukesh. He turned out to be mot just an excellent driver but a guide too. For someone who isn’t labelled as a guide, his knowledge of the city and its history is highly commendable. He took us through each and every place we wanted to visit whilst providing as much information about it as possible. One will not need an extra guide if one has Mukesh as a driver! Thanks to Mukesh, our day was a perfect one. I highly recommend this package if it comes with Mukesh.

Wow. If we could give more than five stars, we certainly would. Our experience with Mystical Mumbai was by far the highlight of our incredible visit to India. First of all, the coordination and flexibility provided by Shailesh was great. Although we never actually met, we coordinated all of the arrangements on WhatsApp. Shailesh was responsive to all of our changing arrangements and made the trip so smooth. Thanks Shailesh. We took two tours with Mystical Mumbai. The first was a night tour with Mukesh. He met us right on time and gave us an incredible tour of the sights and sounds and exciting experience of the city on a beautiful and busy Saturday night. While not only driving in chaotic Mumbai traffic, Mukesh was also super informative and very funny. We learned so much and will have great memories of this awesome city. Thanks Mukesh. The next day we had a tour with Raj another great guide. Raj really showed us the locations that tourists probably rarely see. A real life and outside the windshield look at the traditions and customs and life of the people of Mumbai. The highlight of our morning was a visit to Raj’s home where his mother greeted us warmly and provided us with tea and a sample of some delicious Indian dishes. Thanks Raj…and mom. Thanks to all of the Mystical Mumbai team for a most memorable experience that we will never forget.

The driver, Mukesh, was courteous, and the ride was bright and fun. He was punctual and kept in close contact with Uefa, so I was able to find him as soon as I got out of the car and went sightseeing with peace of mind

Easy booking via Viator. Clear and detailed outline given when booking. Our driver Dilip was outstanding! He was polite, professional, on time, and went above and beyond to make our day comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. At one point, he even stopped to buy Lassi for us so we didn’t have to get out of the air-conditioned car—such a thoughtful gesture in the Mumbai heat and crazy traffic. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely recommend this service and Dilip to anyone visiting Mumbai.
