The driver was EXCELLENT! The flights were delayed and he was accommodating and continually in contact with me as I was anxious about the delayed. He assured me that he would wait and get us to the hotel safely as it was 2am. He delivered in impeccable fashion. BEST TRANSFER PICKUP EVER!!!
They no showed we had to hire a taxi , tried several times to. Contact Viator without success. Previous tour in New Delhi they did a great job. Mumbai transfer I would not recommend better to obtain a taxi upon arrival

The communication from Jay and his team was excellent prior to arrival to and from the moment we arrived at Mumbai Airport. We had hired two SUVs for our group of six due to the large amount of luggage, and Jay's team was there at the gate to greet us promptly. They ensured a smooth transition from the airport to the cars and then to the hotel. The service was seamless and greatly appreciated.

Transfer from the airport to our Pension booked in advance with the guarantee of having a driver upon arrival of our plane as he followed the flight number. Result: nobody has the arrival and service unreachable. Luckily Uber was there! Anyway, never again!
