The Mercedes van was very cramped and the guide was monotonous and boring. We lost 15-20 minutes waiting for two passengers that showed up at the wrong departure location and had less time in Marin and Sausalito.
Our tour was timely and very organized. Our tour guide was significantly personable, knowledgeable and appropriately entertaining. Timing allowed a few extra stops and photo ops. Would highly recommend this tour! Thank you for the professionalism
Muir Woods was so beautiful and the guides were knowledgeable and friendly. On the other hand, we could have done without Sausalito.
What a great day! Our tour guide kept us entertained the whole drive, Muir Woods are just spectacular and we had more than enough time to explore then enjoyed our peaceful hour eating on the waterfront in beautiful Sausalito! Highly recommend!
Excellent experience visiting Muir Woods and seeing redwood forest for the first time. Our guide, Robert, was engaging and funny as he provided great info about SF neighborhoods, the Golden Gate and Sausalito. Friendly, small group from around the US and the world made for good conversation throughout, mostly thanks to the tone set by Robert.
If I could give this negative 10 stars I would. I signed up for a "small group in a luxury vehicle visiting Muir Woods and Sausalito." The description stated a black Mercedes van would be at pick up. Instead, while waiting for being picked up for transportation, the time was changed to 40 minutes earlier and a different location. I called the tour operator "Must See" and was questioned why I was calling. Two other individuals waiting for the same tour was told the operator tried to cancel on them and also changed the time to 40 minutes earlier. Then all of a sudden a white van from another tour operator showed up with our names on their list? This van was cramped (no small tour, as promised, and no luxury vehicle). The tour guide did not know anything about our situation or how we were placed on his list? It was a very odd situation. We made it to Muir Woods and only had a very short amount of time and then to Sausalito where our time was cut in half of what was promised. During the tour, I received an email that I would receive a refund in 5-7 days. Okay, great...I did not have to pay for this fiasco! Nope, this tour operator said I did not pay and had had to pay him in cash or credit card. So, prior to getting off at my stop, I had to pay again. Today, still waiting for my refund........
Katya was a fantastic guide with lots of information, history, recommendations and enthusiasm. Muir Woods was spectacular. So peaceful and beautiful. Highly recommend this tour!

Great tour! Our tour guide, Roman, was quite informative from the start. He shared his vast knowledge of San Francisco , Muir Woods and especially Sausalito which included historic lore, nature and a bit of music trivia sprinkled in. He had some great tips on places to eat, coffee to buy any ice cream. He was friendly and interested in his tour guests and often included bits of info regarding places that might be of special-interest to his tour guests. He is a great asset to the company. Pick up was easy and on point from directions on web site. The cost was worth it. Emails from the tour company from reservation to pick up was great. Great!!!

You get about an hour to visit the Muir’s, and enough time in Sausalito for a bike and some shopping. If you do pick up at Union you do not end up there, so that was my only complaint.

Our group was small. The tour guide was great. The woods were beautiful and serene. Sausalito was really cute and we ended up staying longer and taking the ferry back to San Francisco. Perfect half day tour for us. Tour guide was very helpful in explaining where to get ferry etc.
