We had the unfortunate event of very poor weather happening for our original booking. I spoke with the company before our booking and we discussed options. They were excellent at communicating and we ended up getting our experience on a different day which turned out to be perfect weather. The flight was smooth, the pilot made me feel at ease and the experience was memorable. A beautiful morning.
Amazing crew, twin engine helicopter, and ground staff. Made my family's experience one to remember. Thank you for everything!!!
Our tour was canceled with tecnical problem. We dont have this experience. But this is not for us. We are very said.
Pilots are very professional, flight smooth, Tokyo is too beautiful! You can enjoy the air view of Tokyo Tower, Mount Fuji, Tokyo Big Egg and Sunrise Tower in an hour.
Amazing trip, unique experience, the pilot is well trained and safety first, we get lady pilot. She is very nice and informative, we go to Mount fuji Kanazawa and many areas in Tokyo. Must try in Tokyo

It was a very impressive and good flight in sunny weather, a very good and kind pilot and perfect view of Fuji mountain 🗻😊👍👨✈️ 🚁
Thank you for sharing your review with us!✨ It is our greatest pleasure to realize that you were satisfied with your flight!🚁 We look forward to your next visit!
Had a flight booked for 9 am and there was delays for over 2 hours while three other flights from the same company took off. Finally when flight arrives they notified me that mt fuji has clouds so the flight option selected will no longer work. This part is not their fault but they should have communicated that my flight time wasn’t going to work sooner instead of leading me along. Ended up spending 2 and a half hours waiting for nothing. I don’t recommend, other options seem more reliable. Please note the hanger staff was very kind and this review is not a representation of them. This is the only reason I have provided a 2 star. Business also provided a full refund after I asked to cancel due to delays.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share our views. We would like to apologize for the error made by our company. We promise that the same thing will never happen again.Again, we apologize for the inconvenience we caused you.
